Do not waste your time with this staffing company. Very unprofessional. Do not bother calling any of the phone numbers listed. No one ever answers the phone. It will go to a full voicemail box. Generally a good business will answer by the third ring. The main office will call you from Texas and give you the impression that you have a job. They will send you to the St Louis office to a cattle of call interview with 15-20 other people. Youll be booked with Nikea who will call you two weeks after you do your "new hire paperwork" online. After another week of waiting after this meeting she will forget who you are and call you and ask you more interview questions. After a month of bs-ing around if you are unfortunate enough to still be waiting on them for work youll be offered a job 40 miles outside of your requested area. HUGE WASTE OF TIME. This company has huge turnover for a reason. I am positive this person Nikea gets her bonus money based on how many people she signs up, not how many she actually places at a job site earning a paycheck. Dont bother.

Im going to try to express my frustrations without profanity. But who hires people who have to think 30 seconds about what they want to ask you, when its simply whats your trailer number. Some people at shipping/lumper department need to be digging holes in the ground, instead of this job, because theyre slowing drivers down making them miss their future appointments. Update. Check in 8:30. Appointment 9:00. In dock 10am. Done 11:15. Waiting for bills untill 12:15

Wery intelligent security guard, tells me door 248, I ask her to be sure 248? She replies yeah 248. No such door#, then reciving tells me 238. Very bad place to deliver to, last time when I was here took them over 8hrs to unload. No more reefers for me. Too much waste of time. Senior citizens that like to sit around all day and play with themselves should haul reefers.

Awful experience. Wouldnt pay me my money i worked to earn. The associate who answers the phone is very unprofessional and would not help me. Dont work here you will not get paid. I will be reporting to the bbb.
