Damaged my hair beyond repair and offered no apology or resolution. Went in for simple all-over color and the result was 3 shades darker than the swatch I had chosen. Owner offered to apply chemical to lighten it, which resulted in the crown lightening to a reddish brown, while the rest remained black and the ends turned completely white and started to break off. Owner and stylist did not apologize for not warning me or advising me against this, but instead blamed me for blow drying too often. Said I needed a hair cut even though I had gotten a good haircut 4 weeks prior. Owner then hung up on me when I asked her if theres anything more they could do to fix it. Salon itself is run down, unprofessional conversations between stylists within ear shot.

Ive been having my hair cut and styled at Innovators FOREVER... well, for as long as they have existed. I love the quality work of my stylist, Alex, and shes very professional and friendly. And its obvious that Pat, the owner, is a great businessleader, the salon is clean and crisp and the other stylists she employs are also friendly and professional. I recommend this place to everyone who asks for a good stylist.

Ive been going to The Innovators for about 3 years and I love it! I always have an easy time getting an appointment, my hair always looks great and I always feel welcomed! I would recommend it to everyone.

I read the first review, and tried out this place. I got a great hair cut and really enjoyed myself. Appearently they are not very busy on wednesdays.
