Went in there yesterday and got my haircut. Ive been getting my haircut there for awhile. I havent really had any issues up until yesterday. I have had the same hairstyle for awhile and I decided to switch it up a bit and go with a different haircut. That was the biggest mistake I have ever made in my life. I gave the stylist a picture that had front and side views so she could see how I wanted it. My hair looks far from it. The one side is cut so choppy when I try and do anything with it, it just looks terrible. I was so excited and she did a terrible job. Come to find out while talking to her that she has only been cutting hair for about a year. If I would have known that before she started cutting my hair I would have never let her touch my hair. Even when I got in there. I sat for about 5 minutes which is to be expected. She called me to her chair and then not to be seen again. I turned my head and I could see her back there starring at the wall. Finally the other stylist had to go find her. After this experience I have decided I will take my business elsewhere. I will find someone who will not F up my hair. Good thing its winter time, I can just cover it with hats until it grows back.

It was the most awful experience I have ever had there. I called at 6PM to let them know I was going to be coming in at 7 with my daughter. I asked them if they would have enough time, and if there was a way to reserve a spot since my daughter wanted a perm. She told me they did not do reservations, but not to worry they take people up until 8PM. I showed up at 7PM and the one new girl tells me they cant do it. They dont have enough people or enough time for a perm. Even though that is exactly why I called prior to coming to make sure. Then she goes on to tell me she didnt hear me say I needed a perm done, and she though I just needed my daughters hair cut. WTF Needless to say my daughter was very disappointed. I only have so many days off, and had minimal children (2 out of the 6 we normally have).....and if someone takes the time to call ahead of time.....

The lady who cut my hair could not understand what I was simply asking for no matter how many times I explained it and no matter how many pictures I shower her. Even after I would ask her to cut much more off, she would start cutting the hair I asked her not to touch as I am growing it out. Very disappointed with how it turned out and will not being going back there again.

Horrible!!!!! My sons hair is usually 6- 8 inches long. He says take 1/ 4 of the length off. I clearly heard from across the room. She takes a shaver and starts shaving the back. In horror I ask what she is doing. As 8inches in the back is on the floor. Tramadic for my son. I could not feel any worse for him.
