Im so glad a friend recommended Rau Salon years ago and Im so grateful to have Heather as my stylist. I have very fine hair and not much of it but Heather has always managed to make the most of it. The atmosphere at Rau Salon is very friendly and relaxed; products are suggested but never forced into a sale. I love the shampoo & thickening goo that I use. Sorry - its not goo, its creme, or cream. It smells great, it feels great - I just checked - its Awaken thickening agent. Heather keeps track of that for me. Special thanks to Heather for being such a good person and stylist. Mwah!

Very unprofessional. I asked if the manager could call me after a bad experience and two days later I was told she is involved in the co fair so who knows when she could call me. I paid a lot of money for a hair cut that was terrible. Dont waste your money on this place!
