When we sold my parents home in Lake Geneva, Shari Rauland Mohr expertly guided us through every step of the transaction beginning with keeping me up to date (for about a year) on the current real estate market in Geneva National (REO and short sales putting downward pressure on my "traditional" sale), what we need to do to our parents home to make it competitive with newer construction stock and timing on the market. Her advice on price was flawless and we received a prompt, clean offer within a week from a cash buyer at 3% off list. Shari negotiated excellent closing terms that enabled us to have enough time to complete the clearing out of my parents home in a way that wasnt rushed or stressful due to the estate situation that we were in.
