This gym has the worst customer service I have ever seen. My contract with them ended in February and they still charged my account again in March. When I called them the manager trye got extremely rude with me and said I needed to come down and cancel my account. Im sorry but I thought when a contract says expires in February that meant my account was cancelled. He called me a liar and hung up the phone on me. Very rude and unprofessional do not attend this gym

The biggest complaint I have is they say they are 24 hours, well yeah, during the week, but not on the weekend. I understand people need time off, but dont say youre 24 hours if youre really not. I like to workout after work, and I get off late at times, but how can I workout if yiu close at 9 on Friday, this is not a 24 hour gym. Just saying....

I have been at this gym for over 3 years and love it. The staff and personal trainers in particular have always been extremely nice and helpful. A big deal for me is they have a standing calf raise machine (which I have found no other gym to have). As long as Im in or around the Dothan area, this will always be my gym I call home!!

Ive been a memeber at Max for 8 months now and have been treated like family. Im greeted with a warm welcome each and every time I walk in. The training staff is always available to answer any questions I have which is a huge plus for me. Not only is Max a place of salvation to me but has become my home away from home.

So one of their personal trainers lied about the billing procedures, multiple times. I dont want to go into a whole lot of detail on the internet, but just know that if you sign up with then you are subjecting yourself to lies and what could be fraud

Sure, other places may look fancy but what I like about Max is the service I get. They have the willingness to help someone when they need it and look out for customer safety instead of taking a hands off approach. Im loving my time there!
