Short N Arab
I started with the Box N Burn class which is fun and a great work out, perfect for letting off steam. The Jiu Jitsu class is a lot of fun as you get in the best shape while meeting cool people. If you struggle with anxiety issues you will be surprised that after a session your mind is clear.
