The workers in this branch are friendly and caring. Unfortunately there are only two employees on duty at a time and there are many more responsibilities to be performed other than working the front counter. The workers take this into stride and always treat customers nicely and with a smile. This post office is near many businesses and yes can get crowded sometimes but I have never seen the workers be anything other than lovely and respectful to their customers. This is a nice place to go.

Cry me a river, jrschumacher. Welcome to life. EVERYONE in America who works is overworked and underpaid. The difference is we dont get paid $16+/hr to NOT do our jobs. Something has to be done about this system. I know its like fixing the pipes on a sinking ship; but this is the worst post office Ive ever been in and Ive lived in multiple cities across 8 states.

I had twenty small packages to send out for our business and was told at 4:45 that "you know we close at 5!!!" There was one person in front if me. She was rude and said I would have to come back tomorrow. Didnt even attempt to help. I will never go there again!!!! I am at UPS now. No complains from the women here. And its cheaper!!!

This place always has long lines and only one worker. Every time I mail something from here it takes forever to be delivered. I started purchasing tracking on my packages and found the reason for it taking so long is because the package sits at this PO for several days after I drop it off. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Do NOT attempt to do anything passport related at this office. They have a line specifically for passport inquiries but apparently NO ONE that "does" passports. When I attempted to at least confirm what Id read on the gov passport site, they were ignorant and rude and all but pushed me out of the line.

No wonder they are going broke.............I just tried to call customer service to figure out where a package was that should have been delivered 2 weeks ago. I could never get to customer service to talk to someone...............only automation. The future looks bleak for usps.

I called because I needed a number to a different post office. The clerk was very helpful and polite. Knowing that they are not infomation specialist it was nice that she took time to look up the information

Ive had nothing but excellent service from this post office. By the way, I know no one there personally. I just happened to look up the telephone number and was rather horrified with what I saw here.

They were very unfriendly when I called to inquire about passports. The employee who answered really rushed through the phone call. Treated me as if I inconvenienced them with my questions.
