I had my hair done once with Lucky and it went ok but it wasnt the best. One time when she worked on another girls color during my appt the color came out nothing like the girl wanted and she was upset but Lucky told her it looked better the way it accidentally came out. Same thing happened the next time as well. She was supposed to do a color job and it didnt come out right. She put extensions in with me and told me she had done it before and was good at it. She used so much glue and I later found out I was only the 2nd person shed ever worked with extensions on and the first girl had to pull hers out the same night bc of the over gluing issue. About 2 yrs later I decided to give her another shot and I messaged her and asked her if she could take a look at a lightening kit I had already bought and see if she could work with it. I got 2 very rude messages from her about how she works hard and all I do is lay up with my husband and take care of kids and not work to pay my own bills. I have no idea where the craziness in those messages she wrote me came from but Im actually glad she showed me how unprofessional she is once and for all.
