After waiting for forever, I got my nails done by the lady thats always way over dressed to be doing nails and low down to the floor all day and with her breast always hanging out. I have had 2 bad experiences here 1st was just bad manicure and I decided to give it one more shot, well it was the worst manicure Ive EVER gotten! It seriously looked like I let my year old niece paint my nails. I was so disgusted that after getting home I decided to go back and ask for a refund and for them to remove the horrible gel polish! They refused to give a refund and said I could wait AGAIN and another lady would "fix"them. I originally asked for a full set with gel polish and the lady just started painting my nails, no tips no nothing! So I just went with it and decided to just get them painted today bc she couldnt understand that I wasnt happy and didnt get the point I was trying to make! Then when they charged me $26 I was outraged ! For just a freakin polish she didnt even cut my cuticles or anything properly like she should have, she just filed and painted. SERIOUSLY THE WORST PLACE IVE EVER BEEN TOO! I afterward went to a different nail salon that I now LOVE and will always continue to go to bc they not only took the time and patiences to take off the garbage I had on it but did a wonderful job! (Nail shop in the parking lot of Freds in moody with the red roof! Best place ever!!!!!) this is such a rambling post but Im still just so disgusted! Do not go to this nail shop! Seriously trust me!!!

I had been there one time before, no complaints! Took my daughter today, not so good! Polish selection small and no prices for services displayed! Only 3 workers and after waiting 25 minutes we decided to leave. As we were putting our polish back on the scarce shelf all of a sudden they were ready for us. Started on my daughter a good 10 minutes before they started on me but we were done at almost the same time. Felt like they rushed to get us done so they could make $$ on the next customer! Then the price was $27 each plus the $1 for using debit card!! We usually go to the place on Old Spribgville Road across from Dominoes and will go there from now on! $22 for pedicure, great foot massage and large selection of colors. All service prices displayed on wall!

I went here a few weeks ago to get my toes done, and a nice gentleman did a fantastic job! He moved, unfortunately, and when I went to get my nails done a few days ago, a different guy, taking off my cuticles, cut my thumbs in multiple places and they started bleeding. It hurt so bad but he put paint on them anyway. It burned for the first day, and theyre still red, sore, and swollen. Not only that, but my manicure was mediocre- not the same length and uneven. Now Im getting so many torn cuticles I have to moisturize constantly to keep them from snagging on things. Maybe this is why people wait 1 or 2 hours for the woman who works there. Ive learned my lesson.

I decided to use this place a few weeks ago because I was in Moody at my dads and going to the beach the next day so I had no time to get to my regular place. Anyway, I would not recommend this place. They are way over priced and did a mediocre job. They didnt have a good selection of colors. The massage to my feet was nice but to pay $55 was ridiculous! I had the lady repeat the price because I thought I misunderstood her. I also now have fungus under my big toe which I have NEVER had in my life and Ive been getting pedis for years! I just taught myself a lesson that no matter the convenience, ALWAYS go where you know!

I wont be back. My toenails are crooked again. (The last time I gave this place a chance 4 years ago they were crooked.) Furthermore, this place charges a $1 to use a credit card, which isnt posted. I could have done a better job myself. They dont even use actual toe separators, simply wads of paper towels. The only redeeming quality was the foot massage. A foot massage is nice, but I wouldnt pay $28 for a foot massage and crappy toenails again.

Beautiful, clean shop. The nail techs were very nice and funny! However, my nails werent shaped correctly and one nail came off only a day after. 3 days later 2 more nails fell off. I do have short nails but, my acrylics have never fallen off so quickly. I dont think Ill go back.

Plbbt. If you want a nice, pretty pedicure, dont go here! My toenails were cut crooked, and I tried to convey that, but either he didnt understand me, or he "didnt understand" me. ?!?
