Today I received the worst customer service and haircut I have ever I received..in Nashville! .My wife and my Mother had been customers of Bomb Salon for years.When I asked my Wife if they could cut my hair,My Wife, JoAnne Marcelli said "Yes My hair cutter Michelle can cut your hair!"...Big Mistake!..First off while she was just cutting my hair the conversation was toward the haircutter in the next chair about ..."No this year there is not a 10% discount on gift cards unless it it a first time customer"....etc...Next conversation, while cutting my hair, was across the salon to an employee processing an after a perm process as the women was sitting in the chair and Michelle was cutting my hair. .... She gave excellent st e p hy step instructions as she was cutting my hair. .WTF!..I figured, she must be so talented to explain, in detail,how to do a process,while cutting my hair,I heard her give a "sigh" when looking at a side of my head Opps!....When she was done ,she never let me see in the mirror what my hair looked like. .. But said if I came back again "It would be better ,If I came back again"and she LEARNED MY HAIR.....I went home and looked in the mirror my wife ,a haircutter ,looked in horror apologizing for recommending her ....not only was almost all my hair cut off but their was a huge hole on one side above my ear....I went back and complained. ..She smiled smugly and said.."I dont see what you mean..,...I see grey hair!..... ...I said you dont see the hole?.....See insultingly said I see grey Hair.......She offered to feather it more! ..I would not allow her to touch my hair ever again. .And opted for a refund .. .My wife JoAnne straightened out her horrible haircut as best she could...Do not let "Michelle "....cut your hair if you are a man!

I visited Jennifer Webber today at Bon Allure for a hair appointment. She and the salon were both top notch. Bon Allure is a very professional environment unlike most salons cat-fighting stylists.
