Horrible experience with Britney . She was supposed to do my wax and my appt was at 745, she came out at 830 to tell me that I would have to wait or reschedule. Firstly, come out and tell me that youre running behind and not take 45 mins to let me know that. I left and came back like she asked and then she took another client whos appointment was at 9 , before me and my appt was at 745. I asked why she looked at me and then intentionally took another client ahead of me and she yelled saying what do you want me to do ?! She proceeded to yell and talk loud in front of other clients saying she had a bad day . She said sorry and that she couldnt do anything else besides apologize . No reason to treat your paying and tipping customers like that bc you had a bad day and especially in front of the entire salon.

Awful service. Scheduled an appointment with molly to get eyelash extensions and she cancelled and didnt even bother to tell me. Lied and said she texted me but I received nothing. Called the salon before hand and wanted to confirm time and they said theyd give me a call back. Never did. Called half an hour later and told me she wasnt showing up with no explanation. Wont be doing business with them again.

Great staff, clean, organized and easy to pay. Prices are reasonable too! Walk ins are welcome. I love my stylist Brittany Combs, she not only gives great haircuts but also awesome advise on if you want to change styles.
