My first and last visit at Double Image was disastrous. While scheduling my appointment I explained to one of the owners who took my call that I needed my hair to be attended by one with a great experience for is very fragile. I was assured Hannah will do a Great Job. I arrived at the salon on time and left 4 hours later. It took Hannah over 3 hours to apply a color. At that time I did not realize that Hannah applied so much oil on my hair to cover the damage she provoked by taking so long applying the color. During my visit at the salon, Hannah convinced me that I should purchase a product sold at the salon that was to do a miracle to my hair. I left the salon 4 hours later exhausted. After getting some rest and eating went on line and saw that I overpaid for the product 20%. Anywhere else the product could have been bought for 20% less. The next day I washed my hair and saw that there was a breakage all over. Yet my hair was so dry and dull looking. I returned the overpaid product a few days later and complained about the damage. Hannah had the audacity to say that she told me that the breakage will occur but treated with the product sold by them eventually will recover. I know no one who would have agreed to have ones hair damaged so it could recover later on-certainly not I.I have never written a bad review in my life and tried not to, but there is a limit!!!!! The only service I liked that Hannah delivered was a hair cut.Yet, I paid a $180.00 what is not in line with what has been posted on the Salons Web...

These ladies are a straight-up Godsend!! So sweet and they definitely make sure you are happy! Emily is so endearing, bubbly and genuine. I couldnt possibly enjoy going to get my hair done any more than I do now. I literally could not be more happy with my color and health of my hair. As a blonde with baby fine hair it has been heck trying to find a stylist who listens to my concerns with keeping my hair healthy but finding that balance between yellow-y blonde and too ashy. And the salon is tidy and professional. So happy I found this place after moving here from New York! ❤️

Im new to town and chose Double Image for its focus on hair only. I hate spas and didnt want to deal with cross-selling. I am so happy with my choice! Daphne has cut my hair twice and done color/highlights once She somehow managed to tame the "horns" that appear in humidity. I now have a "good hair day" every single day. Relaxing atmosphere and great attention from this family owned business. The pricing is on par with other good salons and the services are worth every penny.

Ive gone to Double Imagine a couple times now and I will not go anywhere else. Cleanest, friendliest, and the most professional salon I have ever been to. The staff is amazing and take pride in every cut, color, and hair care you can think of. Emily Miles is my hair specialist and a professional at her job. Everyone in Wilson County or surrounding counties need to check out this salon for their own, and see what all they have to offer.

I have been searching for awhile for a new stylist for me and my daughter and today finally found Hannah at Double Image. She was terrific. Very knowledgable, patient and sweet! Love the fact she took the time and talked about my hair before doing anything. My daughter adored her as well, we will definitely be going back for our cuts and some color!

I was very happy with my stylist Kara, she is fantastic! and knew exactly what I wanted. The atmosphere is very relaxed, the salon very clean and everyone very professional.

My first time going to this salon as my hair stylist moved out of state, I was "very" pleased with Emily she did a wonderful job. There hours are very accommodating as its easier for me to go after work at night. Everyone there was very kind as well. I will definitely be a repeat customer !!

My son and I both got great haircuts at Double Image. Emily and Hannah took their time and didnt hurry us through like we were products on an assembly line. They are both exceptional stylists who obviously take pride in doing their very best. How refreshing!!! We will definitely go back.
