I own three restaurant franchises. We use punch list every day, as well as tons of copies for new hires etc. Crossed paths with Ross Jacobs and mentioned how many copies we were generating a month... This was a couple of months ago and weve just about paid off our new copier with the savings. Huge difference in our office supply expenses! Not only that, no more trips for toner because "THEY DELIVER," and maintain our machine though we havent had a problem yet. Wish I would have known about Quality Printing sooner.

QBS has a great reputation in town and a big reason for it is Ross Jacobs. Between Ross and the Kyocera printers and copiers they sell you cant go wrong. As an IT guy who has their gear in three different locations I cant be running around trying to troubleshoot copiers and printers. I actually forget I have these machines. That is how little trouble they give. All my users like them. Ross is always quick to respond to questions and yes, he is still there after the ink dries on the deal.
