Higher prices compared to UPS yesterday- but I was willing to pay - needed a document scanned into a pdf, and emailed to me. They said they do not know how to email, can we put it on a flash drive. The other customer in the store was having to check the address on a package - they got that wrong too. I left. Use the UPS store around the corner.

I needed 20 copies of up to 90 page presentations for IT training. Michael set me up with their spiral bound booklets from my CD and had it ready to ship to the West coast the next day. Not a small job and handled without a hitch. Thanks guys. The training went well.
