Today i called about some prices on flyers. I thought the price was too high and Jeff, from the copy shop, proceeded to tell me "Go get yourself a machine and make them yourself!" thats a nice smart-ass remark I told him. He finished with a Have a nice day - Click"....yeah, not what I believe the customer experience is about.
