I went in with my fiance and we didnt really knowing what we were doing. One of the staff members, Morgan, was SO helpful. We needed help printing stuff for our wedding on our own paper that we brought in. Ex - place cards, table #s, programs, etc. She printed everything for us and made sure it was exactly how we wanted it! She also offered to cut the cards (which I did not know this was a service they provided). Everything turned out beauitfully. Cannot say enough good things about her customer service! We were very pleased.

Staff completely lied to me about what they could do, just to get me to go away. The obviously new hire which was an immigrant from africa was not properly trained at all. Not even the manager was properly trained, so i was forced to take my business elsewhere.
