I am very disappointed with the workmanship and the lack of follow up. My roof has been leaking since they put the roof on. They didnt perform alot of the work in the contract--simple stuff like installing a diverter over the front door, and more complex stuff like how the end caps and vents. I am not a carpenter, but as I am paying one to repair all of the damage to my house due to the poor workmanship-I am astonished at how poorly they lived up to the contract and the extent of the shoddiness of their workmanship. They put the roof on in Sept 2010. In Sept 2011, I started trying to contact them as I noticed one of my walls deteriorating due to water damage. It is now Feb 2013 and I have yet to have them come out and simply fix what wasnt done. If have contracted an attorney and hope to able to get them to honor their contract and warranty. If they come fix the roof (not even the damage caused by their poor workmanship--just HONOR THE WARRANTY) I will retract my statements. Perhaps the only alternative I have is to pursue legal action. I am very disappointed in this BELOW BOARD company. Ron

I hired this company to install a new roof on the back of my house in 2011 and it has had more than one leak since then. After multiple phone calls, someone has always come out to make repairs. However, I have been calling since November 2014 and even after assurances from the owner that "someone should have already been there", "will have someone there are soon as possible", "will you be home today?", I am still waiting for anyone to show up. I would not recommend this company.

If you hire this company, you must meticulously double-check and question every decision that they make about the job at hand. If a mistake is made, they will not do the right thing and correct the mistake. The owner of this business is also incredibly rude. If steps are taken to correct the mistake that they made, I will gladly retract my reveiw. As it stands, they have not done that yet.

My parent roof was denied by their insurance after the storm that came through and a few roof contractors tried to help but it would have cost a fortune. These guys came in and took the time to document and show the insurance proof of the damage, which got the roof approved. They did quick work and we are very thankful.
