If you value honesty, integrity, a contract meticulously written to your needs and specifications, along with knowledgeable, skilled workmanship at a better than fair price plus immediate customer response, you need to look no further than ProClaim Roofing. I initially began to contact roofing contractors in the very rainy spring of 2016 to patch a small leak that had become severe and was soaking both the exterior and interior wall of my 55 year old home. None of the parade of contractors accurately diagnosed the point of entry or resolved the problem with caulk or patches. So, I then began gathering estimates not only for repair of the valley, but a second for entire roof replacement, as my existing shingles were 20 years old. Up to that point, even with the many fine ProClaim reviews, I hesitated to contact them because they are a roofing agent, who employs select contractors. I was unfamiliar with the purpose of an agent and wanted to deal directly with the contractor, and, of course, thought it might add to the cost of the roof. Because the intrusion had become an emergency, I decided to take a chance on ProClaim and certainly wish I had NOT been so reluctant! ProClaim owners, Rick and Clelland came to inspect my roof the afternoon I called. They told me most areas appeared in good condition, found the leaks and recommended I have only those sections repaired. Two days later, Rick presented me with separate bids for the repair and reshingling of the valley and a second for entire roof replacement, as I requested. Of the several estimates I received, ProClaim offered the lowest cost, most detail specific contracts, also guaranteeing both labor and materials. I signed immediately, was and continue to be happy from start to finish. Prior to beginning the work, the roofing company owner/contractor, Richard of RDC, came to talk with me, inspect the problem areas and address my concerns. The first day on the job, the foreman, Joe, also examined the leak damage inside and out, and, after the shingles were removed, told me how he planned to resolve the leak. Joe and the RDC crew were on the job early every morning, worked (it seemed without a break) all day until dark. When they came upon an unexpected problem where the shingles adhered to the roof, Joe took pictures and showed me the damage. Rick and Richard recommended several solutions, let me choose the option I preferred, and they were immediately back on track. It’s been months since completion. We have had several torrential rains, and now the early spring rains have begun. I’ve had absolutely no water intrusion. I found ProClaim’s agent, Rick, and RDC contractor, Richard, customer relationship invaluable. Based on my experience, I believe all 5 STAR reviews to be true and accurate. I asked them to leave their sign in my yard so everyone could have the same fortunate experience as I. Do NOT hesitate to call ProClaim FIRST.

ProClaim Roofing and Home Repair is fantastic! Clelland came to my house early one morning to inspect my roof and gutters because another roofing company told me that my roof wasnt going to make it much longer and that my gutters were the filthiest gutters hes even seen. This other roofing company wanted to charge me not just an arm and a leg but some cash too. I called ProClaim and Clelland Russell came out to do the inspection, he told me I have a couple shingles that need to be replaced but nothing major and took the time to explain exactly what is going on and he gave suggestions on how to handle my roofing situation, he also said my gutters looked great except for those above my garage were clogged. Want to know what Clelland did while up on my roof looking at those dirty gutters? Well, he went ahead and cleaned the gutters and left nothing behind, and didnt charge me! This is the company I will call when those couple of shingles that need to be replaced become a few shingles that need to be replaced. ProClaim Roofing is a good, honest company that has extremely friendly and professional folks working hard to be the only roofing company you will ever want to call.

Last Thursday our ceiling began leaking water so we assumed we had a terrible roof problem, we were prepared to replace it. I called several roofers for an estimate and got everything from no answer or callback to some man who wanted to charge 150.00 for an estimate. Then my whole day changed when Proclaim Roofing showed up exactly when they said they would went on my roof and came back to tell me my roof had several years left in it and the only problem we had was a loose shingle that water had penetrated. They caulked it for free and went on to advise me it was a temporary fix and they would be happy to fix it but a good handyman could do it cheaper because its a minor job. How do u like that for honesty and professionalism. I will always be a customer of Proclaim Roofing.

I cannot say enough about the great ProClaim team, headed by Clelland Russell. They provided impeccable professional services in exterior painting, shutter installations, deck repair, gutter sealing and more that a house of venerable age badly needed. They were honest and timely, reasonably priced, and, equally important, so pleasant and helpful while they were here. Furthermore, they left behind only beautiful workmanship -- no drips, nails, or other detritus for me to clear away. AMAZING!! We were skeptical at first and before we knew it, ProClaim helped us navigate the process with our insurance company, met with the adjuster to assure the damage on our roof was well documented and accurate. And not too long after that we had a beautiful new roof for the amount of the insurance claim with NO out of pocket costs until the job was complete! We would never have thought it could have been so easy or wed have done it long before we did. The staff at ProClaim are professional, punctual and really great to work with. They get an A+ from us and wed highly recommend them to anyone!

ProClaim did an amazing job for me. I would recommend this company to all my friends and family. They came quickly when I called them and followed up by meeting with my Insurance adjuster. They explained what to expect from the adjuster and the roofers. In conversation, I told them I would be getting new gutters eventaully and they said they could also help me get new gutters by getting a "Bundle Price" that would make it more affordable than getting new gutters some time in the future . Our roof began leaking after a hailstorm in our neighborhood. I called Proclaim to come out and check my roof. They found the leak and quickly covered it up with canvas. Rick Katz with Proclaim said he noticed storm damage and said I should call my insurance agent. The agent came out and assessed the damage to replace the entire roof. Proclaim provided excellent service in getting our new roof installed. The installers were very professional with attention to detail. The roof is beautiful and we are very happy with it. I would absolutely call Proclaim if you have any roofing needs.
