Very poor experience. I had a roof and gutters installed for almost 16k. The sales man told me they would use plastic underlayment instead of felt. Didnt happen they used felt. The gutter installers called me at 830 am the day they were coming out so i had to take off work abruptly to go home. They should have given me at least 48 hrs as warning. Once gutters were put on a new doozy of a leak developed right over an exterior sliding door i have. Its been 2 months and it still is leaking bad. The gutter crews have been back out twice to try to fix it, both times just showing up on my property with not even a phone call to tell me "hey we will be there in 20 min". The last time i called to complain my house still has leak was 2 weeks ago and still havent received a phone call to set up a time for them to look at it again. I dont think im asking to much, just a freaking phone call half the time is what im looking for, but at this point i have been lied to my face a handful of times about how they work and what they do. DO NOT USE THEM. They sub contract everything. The gutter company was just contracted. when i called mr roof line instead of gutter guy after second time they came out, mr roof claimed they didnt know the gutter guys have been out twice. So that just shows you how in control of their product they are. I had this put 2 months ago at a price of 16k and i still have a leak.

Matt, a sales person from Mr. Roof, knocked on my door the day after we had a hail storm and asked if he wanted me to have him check the roof of my house for damage. I off offhandedly told him that if he wanted to check out my roof for free then he could knock himself out. I am GLAD I said yes! Turns out the hail was far worse then I thought. I had hail damage. I called my insurance company and they sent out an adjuster to look. Matt from Mr. Roof agreed to be here with the adjuster and that turned out to be a good thing. Matt was on the roof with him and was able to point out many of the impact spots he had seen before. The adjuster went back to his van to write me a partial check for the new roof. Matt and I went to lunch (he is a pretty cool guy. We had burgers). After a few phone calls to get on the schedule (there was a hiccup in communication but Kadey the General Manager took care of that quickly) the crew was out here at 8:00 AM. It took them a day and a half and they exceeded my expectations. The yard is clean and it looks like they were never here... except for my nice new roof. I even took the crew out for lunch. All around nice people who take great pride in their product and customer service. You can trust Mr. Roof to deliver what they promise!

Our experience with Mr. Roof from start to finish was amazing! A representative of the company handled everything with our insurance, which was a huge help, and got us scheduled for our new roof right away. Victor made sure we had plenty of color and shingle samples to pick just the right color for our home and Keith came by to check on the crew during the day of installation. I would definitely recommend Mr. Roof to anyone who is looking to replace their roof, whether it be an insurance claim or just time for a new roof. They will make sure the job gets done right and in a timely manner. Abraham (his wife Elizabeth) and his crew were the most hard working, professional guys Ive ever seen. They showed up at 7AM, ripped two layers of shingles off our garage and house, replaced rotted/damaged boards and put down all the necessary freeze barriers, shingles and vent caps, completely cleaned up so there was no trace they had ever been there and were gone by 7PM that same day! WOW! What a great crew Abraham has on his hands and he manages them very well. Thank you to everyone involved in our project!

We purchased a new roof back in 2013 and I absolutely love it. It looks very nice! The cost was more than fair and beat the competitors pricing. They were quick to get the new roof on as well, in and out in a days time. I did have a leak though, not any fault of the material but due to the odd shape of my roof and how the material had to be placed on there. Dealing with the warranty department was frustrating actually getting a call back. However, I finally got in touch with Mr. Tracy Powers who was extremely helpful! He made sure to personally come out and discuss the leak issue with me - at my convenience as well. I appreciated his thoroughness in describing what type of material would work best to prevent any future leaks. Tracy explained that the none departments non-responsiveness was not a normal issue and it was due to turnover and temporary staff absences. He MORE than made up for the inconvenience. Hands down I would recommend Mr. Roof to anyone looking to fix or replace their roof. Working with Tracy to fix the issues I was having was a pleasure! Oh and my leak has been fixed!

I contacted Mr. Roof to have my roof repaired and the company made an appointment to send someone out. The email Mr. Roof sent promised a 42 point inspection of our roof and a free estimate. Mr. Roof showed up two hours after the scheduled appointment without calling to indicate they were running behind schedule. The company representative stepped out of his vehicle, barely glanced at our roof and said we need a new roof. This is a six year old roof with minimal damage, so a new roof is out of the question. Mr. Roof said they dont do repairs (which would have been helpful information when we initially called for a repair) and that our insurance would pay for it after we paid the deductable. They acknowledged that the damage to our roof would be cost much less than our deductable to repair, but insisted that we should have our insurance company buy us a new roof anyway. Like I have no idea that my insurance premiums would go up and I have no issues with screwing my insurance company into paying for a new roof that is totally uneccessary. I would never consider calling Mr. Roof again.

Mr. Roof helped me repair a leak I had over my front porch. The technician arrived on time for both the work appraisal as well as the actual scheduled repair day. He helped me determine another weak point on my roof as well (one of my older chimney flashings was quite old and was breaking down). Additionally, he removed an old satellite dish that I didnt need. I am not adverse to heights so I joined him on the roof and he showed me exactly what was going wrong which I really appreciated. On the repair day he worked from 8:30AM until close to 7:00PM to complete my repair in one day. This was great as I only had one day off from work. I would do business with them again, they may not be the least expensive company in town to work with, but you get what you pay for in the roofing business.
