Understand - I am very wary of anyone doing anything on my land or to my property. With that being said... Aspen is extremely thorough in every sense. Trevor Williams arrived on site within minutes of his scheduled appointment. I had a unique situation so he actually climbed onto the roof to make a complete assessment of what was needed. It was a comfortable 2-way conversation with Trevor: I would let him know what I wanted, he would let me know the best avenue to achieve that goal. He got back to me within 2 days with a guaranteed estimate and a projected time schedule (weather permitting). And his crew...they arrived the morning promised and worked no less than 12 hours a day to complete the job. They stripped the old roof off right down to the bare bones and built it right back up the right way - winter roof and all. It took 3 full days but his crew of 3 was here EVERY one of those consecutive days and ON TIME. The crew took a 30 minute break for lunch every day and I swear it couldnt have been a minute more. Those workers were knowledgeable in their work; took pride in their craftsmanship; were not an intrusion on my family or daily activities; courteous to my wife; kept to themselves; and could climb like monkeys. And at the end of EVERY SINGLE DAY, that crew of 3 left my yard in a better condition than they found it. To summarize: they humped it. At the close of the job, the crew leader discussed what was accomplished and Trevor contacted me for a closeout conference as well to assure customer satisfaction. I would recommend this contractor to anyone. And already have.

Had exterior damage from the storm. Called Aspen Contracting and they came right out. Did a free inspection; showed me the damage on my roof. Worked with me and my insurance company to agree on the damage and price. They came out and replaced the roof in one day!!! It looks amazing!!!! Aspen made the process easier than I could have ever imagined!
