Jared Beckwith did a phenomenal job with the roofing presentation he did at our house. He was knowledgeable, and was able to address all our questions and concerns. He is the reason why we went with Premier Roofing. However, subcontractor that actual did the job was awful. From the beginning of the job until the end, we had issues. It all start the morning of the first day of the job. The workers showed up 7:00 am and none of them spoke English. I wanted to confirm the drip edge color and that the vent pipe for the furnace was going to be removed. Since I could not speak anyone, I had to go on trust that these items had been addressed. I received a text message at work from a neighbor saying my front yard looked like a trash dump. There were empty water bottles and trash (not roofing) all over the front yard. When I got home, I noticed that the drip edge was the wrong color and that the vent pipe had not been removed. So I called Jared. He promptly come over and said that he would address the drip edge color and would have it replace the next day. Then he went on the roof and took out the pipe vent himself. Again, he took care of us. Then when roof and drip edge was completed, we noticed all sorts issues with the finish quality and sloppy workmanship. A window screen was torn, there was black tar on our siding and our grille cover, the flashing was not put back properly, and eaves troughs were crashed or damages and either fixed or replaced. Again, Jared worked with the subcontractor to resolve these issues. In addition, we found a lot of nails in our driveway, and roofing, nails, staples, and other trash in the eaves troughs, drip edge in the bushes, and trash left in our garage. However, I can say this, that the roof itself looks great.

We contracted with Premier to replace our siding and roof as part of a hail damage claim with our insurance company. When insurance initially argued that there was no roof damage, Premier worked with my agent to get an independent appraisal, which verified there was indeed damage. The work was generally well done with good attention to detail. The roof only took a couple days and was completed within a few weeks of signing the contract. The siding job started a couple months later (by agreement) and took about a week to complete. They covered the area with tarps to catch nails and debris and then swept the area with a magnet afterwards, but unfortunately we still found several hundred nails in the grass, gravel, and landscaping around the house after the two jobs were complete. Other than that, the main criticism would be that after the contract was signed, communication with the owners declined quite a bit. For example, there were a few times (spread across several months) when an email or voicemail I left was not returned within four or five days and I had to place a follow-up call, and the left-over siding materials were not picked up for several weeks. But overall we are very pleased with the work and with their advocacy with the insurance company on our behalf. The owners came out to inspect the job after the crews completed their work, and they stand behind their work with a 10 year warranty. We would hire this company again.

Premier replaced my roof in early May. I have a ranch style house with an attached garage and breezeway that took about 29 squares. I was first impressed with the fact that I was not asked to pay a dime until all the work was complete and I was satisfied. There was no pressure salesman saying the roof needed to be done today. Jerry DeVries was very straight forward and was someone that I immediately felt like I could trust with the information he gave me. He was present when the crew started to make sure the crew knew all my desires, he came in the middle of the project and again as the crew was finished up. Before the crew left I went with him up on the roof to inspect the roof. The crew did an amazing job. They completed the job in 6 hours and that included a 30 minute lunch and included replacing a few sections of my rotted wood as well as putting in an extra bathroom vent for me. This 6 hours also included cleaning up. They scoured the lawn and shrubs around the house with magnets and visually several times in order to get every nail and piece of material they could find. I could not be happier. I would recommend Premier to anyone. Thanks Premier for the lowest quote and the top notch job.

I was very impressed by Premier Roofing. I got about 6 to 8 quotes for our roof. Some roofers didnt show, some took days to even come and look at it, some never even sent the quote back to me! Premier called me back right away, showed up right on time and gave a me a quote on the spot. Jared was the rep we dealt with. He had materials in his truck to show me what they would be using, brochures with shingle options and warranty information. He listed every single thing they were gonna do for me. I decided to go with them and was so glad I did. A lot of the companies were booked till NOVEMBER. I needed my roof replaced NOW since I had actual water coming into the house. Jared set us up for the next week. 3 roofers did the job in 2 days. Full 2 layer tear off, replaced the roof and even some of the boards under the shingles. The guys raked both front and back yards and made sure they didnt leave a nail. I would highly recommend these guys!!

Premier Roofing replaced my roof and a gutter after storm damage. They were incredibly helpful through the whole process. From meeting with my insurance adjuster to go over the damage, submitting additional photos to my insurance company, explaining the entire insurance aspect from their side, going over the roof replacement process and products, keeping me informed of where we were in the process and the time frame for the project, protecting my property during the replacement, replacing the roof, and cleaning up afterward--all aspects of the project went smoothly and professionally. I would whole heartedly recommend them to friends and family and would use them again without hesitation. Even my insurance adjuster commented on Jim Kelly and Mike Hortons honesty and fairness on their assessment of the damages. They made sure my roof was done right and I couldnt be happier with my new roof.

I was very impressed with the professionalism of Premier. Our sales professional Josh was exactly that...professional. He helped my wife and I choose the right shingle for our house and provided a number of options. He also gave us several addresses of former clients so we could actually see the shingle on a house. He continually checked in during the installation and has followed up even though the project is complete. Their installation team showed up on time and were very courteous during the job. They covered all the landscaping and windows so there would be no damage. There were a few ripped screens (which will happen) but they were replaced by Premier with no questions asked. The finished project looks great. We are extremely happy with the outcome. I would be happy to recommend Premier to anyone looking to replace their roof.
