I do NOT recommend BC roofing. In fact it is the worst choice in my opinion. I had four roofs done at one time, all four roofs leaked badly causing interior damage to homes. The salesman said there were ways to get around deductible, and that there would be no cost to me except for insurance. The only cost he promised later after in work, was $150.00 replacement of wood in which I paid immediately. When time came for the leaking, they wanted all money and would not offer any help to me. In fact, the owner was rude, mean, and harsh. I was very upset due to the leakage in which I needed immediate help for the home was a rental under section eight properties. Went to BBB with them without the correct legal advice and they had lawyer who assumed we kept check from insurance, which later we found out that they did IN FACT receive it. The lawyer made me feel like a criminal instead of a customer that wasnt satisfied. One year, prior to this, they did do a job for me insurance only and that was what they got. insurance only. When they appeared on my doorstep again I thought I was doing them a favor by allowing the same thing to happen. some of the homes were not in NEED of roofing anyway, and my own home is scheduled to be torn down in near future due to airport expansion. I am no sitting on a eight thousand lien plus interest occurring and I am on disability with mental and physical disability. They scammed me and took advantage of my weaknesses. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY

We were very satisfied with our BCR experience. Tim Jensen was fantastic. He and Matt had excellent communication and guidance for us. They made us feel comfortable every step of the way. Eric Fuery, the regional sales manager was very friendly, open and forthright. They even embraced our kids and dog! There were absolutely NO surprises. They worked seamlessly with our insurance company. The job itself was very good, and very fast. The workers were polite, and kept the area clean. Communication is extremely important to us and BCR did not let us down. We were 100% satisfied from start to finish! I would recommend this company completely. We love the look of our new roof!!

I would leave no stars if at all possible. After six months of run around, I have finally dusted my hands from their dirty business. Unfortunately, I did not do my homework before signing a contract. After the job FINALLY got scheduled, their crews left nails everywhere, ruined our gutter guards and the shingles still do not lay flat. Im so disappointed. They sent extra charges after the job was "done". And when it came time for final payment, they said it was more than what they had sent me an invoice for. I just paid the extra money because I was so tired of dealing with them. Be careful of whom you do business with. I would not and will not recommend BCR to anyone.

I contracted with Best Choice Roofing to replace my damaged roof. Each step of the process from inspection, insurance claim, installation, and clean-up went without a hitch. The materials arrived on time and the installation crew was very industrious and conscientious. The tear off and installation was completed in one day, including a very thorough clean-up. All of the people involved in the process from the sales person, office manager, field expeditor, crew supervisor and installation crew, were professional and dedicated to achieving a fine finished result. I am confident in their work and would recommend their team to anyone for their roofing needs.

These guys are crooks they add on product and say it was approved by insurance and that you will get a supplemental check from your insurance company which never comes and finally they send you to a collection agency and the owner after talking to him was even worse telling me he wasnt happy with me I paid my deductible s$1000 and that is what I am responsible for how dare these people do this. Everything was delivered as promised: A week after making my claim the roof was done. Everyone was very pleasant from the field manager, project supvervisor, office staff, etc. My roof was done in 1 day and the yard was cleaned up. The roof looks great. They dealt with my insurance company also. In other words, they were nice, efficient, fast, competent and trustworthy. Not a single problem or issue!
