Summit Point did not impress us at all. They were out quickly for estimate. Signed the contract with them 9 days later. After nearly 1 weeks, and 2 phone calls later, got a date for them to replace half of our roof. They day they were to show up, no one. 3 hrs after job time and a phone call from us, we are told it will be postponed 1-2 days. Next day, crew shows up. After starting to get ready to work, they are pulled off. 1 hr after they show, called and told delayed 1 more day. WHAT THE HELL?? I know this type of work is weather based and told they are still finishing projects from week earlier when weather was bad. Dont give us a job date and time and not call us when you cant do they job. Show up and 1 hr in, pull the crew. Why did we have to track you down after you said you would give us a date, give us date and time and not show and not call to explain until AFTER we call and 3 hrs late, and pull crew after they show up. Not customer oriented, no rspect for customer. I will not recommend them to anyone.

We have been living here for 20 Yrs. and have extensive gardens and landscaping all around the house. There is only 1 place that is not planted, a small cement patio near the driveway. Jeremy promised that the dumpster would stay on the driveway. Thayne and Matt literally carried the old shingles over the top of the roof and from all points to drop them on the cement, so as not to hurt any of our flowers and shrubs. Then they ran the shingles into the dumpster with a wheelbarrow . As far as we are concerned this type of respect for our property is unheard of( the other 2 companies wanted to drive thru our lawn ) The roof looks great the cleanup was excellent. We cannot stress enough the extra work Thayne and Matt did to keep our property looking good.We will recommend Summit Point and those 2 gentlemen to anyone and everyone.

There works and service has been professional, the one star is for the rude illegal Mexicans they have employed under false documentation who seem to be under influence of drugs . The work gets done when they show up but I dont want the risk of property missing while they work and window shop. Maybe u need to reevaluate ur employees. I know for a fact if u search Agustin Gonzalez Salazar, who works as Andres Gonzalez with you, has been DEPORTED 3 TIMES, FROM 2 STATES, FOR DOMESTIC AND POSSESSION. JIST GOOGLE HIM, YOULL SEE, NOT ALL ARE PROPERLY DOCUMENTED. IF HES HAD AN IIIIICCCEEE DETENTION 3 TIMES MEANS HE IS AN ILLEGAL. GO AHEAD SEARCH THE TOWN OF DENTON TX AND CHARLESTON WV FOR HIM, AS WELL AS 2 OTHERS WHO ROOM WITH HIM. its not hard to buy a fake Id and social these days

I called three different contractors to give me quotes on a complete roof replacement and not only was Summit Point the cheapest quote I received, they were the most thorough in explaining my needs and how they were going to address them. Chase Rau was my Sales Representative and he was nothing short of spectacular. He was extremely knowledgeable about the product as well as the work to be performed. In fact, Chase even offered to go up on my roof and apply some caulk around a leaking vent on his own time. His professionalism and communication throughout the entire process was appreciated. The crew was very pleasant and they did a great job cleaning up after themselves every day. I highly recommend Chase and Summit Point Roofing! They were simply fantastic.

From the initial sales call to the end walk-through, Summit Point Roofing was professional and on-the-ball. The initial quote was professionally handled and reasonably priced. They were patient as we narrowed down what look we wanted, giving us addresses of homes theyd roofed using the types of shingles we were interested in. The work was begun in a timely manner and despite the monsoons setting in soon thereafter, they worked long hours to get it done. The work was reviewed each day and a final walk through was completed at the end. They found damage to gutters which we would have never seen and had it replaced wishing 48 hours. Cannot recommend this group highly enough for their honesty, integrity and good product:fair pricing.

I cant express how awesome it was to work with Summit Point. We returned from vacation to find missing shingles from a storm. I tried contacting a different company and after a few days of not hearing from them I tried Summit. They were incredibly busy but cared about our situation and were out the same day to tarp our damage because there was rain in the forecast. From there they helped me with the insurance claim (I wouldnt have been as successful without Joe taking the time to talk to the agent himself!). I am glad to say that while the insurance experience wasnt great, the roofing experience was. It is all fixed and perfect now! I hope that I dont need roofing help again but if I do I will definitely call Summit Point.

From start to finish Summit Point was professional, organized and efficient. They helped us work with our insurance . They emergency patched the roof at no pressure to commit to have them do the final product. I have to admit, I am terrible at communication but joe was easy to reach and always responded immediately. They moved us up on the list because of the damage. After reading and hearing other peoples stories about their roof, I thought this process would take at least a week. Our job was done in 2 days and it looks perfect. They not only cleaned up their mess, but any mess from the prior wind damage. Without a doubt, I would highly recommend them.

I was in the process of a cross country move. My new home required a new roof upon closing. Jeremy and Joe were amazing to work with -- extremely professional. They made things easy during a stressful time. They got out quickly to get an estimate for my bank and worked with me to schedule the installation. When it came time for installation the crew was awesome. They worked so quickly in the scorching heat. They cleaned up after themselves as they went along. They were pleasant and made accommodations for my family when were walking in and out of the house. In sum, I was extremely pleased with my experience.

Joe and his crew pulled off the impossible. With a storm showing up a day earlier than anticipated he was able to completely strip and refinish a 5000+ sq ft house/garage in 1 day using 14 guys in a coordinated effort. Joe came through with helping explain and submit a home insurance claim. He sat down ahead of time and laid out a plan that made sense to me and my family, even coming out multiple times on Sundays to work with the insurance adjuster. I found Joe after having 3 other roofers stand me up on appointments (which turned out to be a great thing) I highly recommend Summit Roofing.

I used Summit Point Roofing out of the Metro Detroit area. We had a bad wind storm and a good amount of shingles came off our roof. That day Russ came out and inspected everything and walked me and my husband thru the hole process. He was super friendly and very professional! That next morning him and his team tarped our roof. He worked hard from the very first day until the very last. He was able to get our entire roof paid for by the insurance. Him and his team finished our roof in 2 days! It looks amazing and I am so happy that I chose Summit Point Roofing. I would highly recommend them!!!
