We used Tadlock roofing to replace the roof on our rental house in Panama City. Since I live out of state and was not able to be present for the estimate, Tadlock sent me a link to a very helpful video clip of my roof pointing out the problems they found and showing me the options for replacement. In all we looked at six different companies and Tadlock not only had the best prices for our composite shingle roof job, but they also had the best durability and warranty and options available. We were able to get a 40-year shingle with 15 year warranty on labor for less than most places were offering for a 30-year shingle and only one year of warranty. Tadlock did a fast and professional job with a thorough cleanup afterwards. Now my house is staying dry and the cooling costs have gone down with the increased efficiency shingles and roof vents. We would use Tadlock again in a heartbeat and wish we would have found them first.

WORST SERVICE EVER!!! I would NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!! The crew was all Mexican and didnt speak a word of English. They kept parking their truck on my lawn which made big indentations in my lawn. They also drove over the water meter and cracked the cement cover and had to have a new meter installed. They dumped a load of leaves and branches from the roof onto my garden which I had just put all new mulch in. UGH! They took off the drip edge, which was not supposed to be replaced and then I caught them taking the shingles off my carport, which was not part of what I was having done. Tadlock did not handle any of these issues to my satisfaction. I had to pay for the shingles to be replaced on the carport or they would have put mismatch shingle on. The final bill was almost $1000 more than they quoted me.

Very unprofessional. Tried to sell me a tin roof when I needed skylight work. Crawled on my roof while I was at work. Needed an estimate. Never heard from them. Fu&//_^ng ridiculous.
