Steve and his crew did a fantastic job and preserved the beauty of my grandfathers Log Home. So when it came time to replace the roof on my 1894 Victorian home, there was no doubt who I would entrust with such an important task. The crew at Sherriff-Goslin - Richmond approached my roof as I knew they would with their own roof - a sense of pride that you could see with every nail they drove, with every shingle they laid, and with every piece of custom bent trim they installed. Eric and Dallas worked closely with my wife and I to design a new roof to our particular needs (increased pitch, added insulation, decreased solar heat gain) and installed it cleanly in a single day. They have also stayed in contact with us to verify our satisfaction with their product. Because of their fantastic work, Sherriff-Goslin was our first call when we needed attic vents installed; theyll be out to complete that job in the next few weeks, and were certain it will be well executed.

They stand behind their work and have (amazingly) randomly stopped by to ask if theres any problems or questions even a few years later. And dont hesitate to fix it if something is wrong. At the time of my installment contract, I was told what would be done and was all in writing. The workers used ladder stand-offs and covered eave spouts, windows and shrubs with tarps. All the workers were courteous and respectful of my property. They also did a wonderful job of cleanup after they finished the roof. Remember the old saying YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. Steve replaced our roof several years ago. My husband put the lower, new roof on and since we live in a very windy area, sometimes those shingles come loose.
