If I could put up zero stars, I would. I hired the company because I thought they would do a good job and stand behind their subs. Ive had to continue to hold money and still have water coming into my house. Theyve been here at this time I believe 5 times, Ive followed their instructions telling me mortar issues, sealing yada yada. The new roof, flashing and gutters were put on October 17, 2016, no down spouts at my request to finish the painting.... I see that was good as far as not completing the full amount due. However after fixing my ceiling, drywall and new installation two extra times ($1000), getting ready to be a third (unknown) after I hire a different roofing company (unknown).... I wish I had hired someone else. And now, after everything Im dealing with from their God awful install, their gonna try to file a lien($1800). Looks as though Ill be in court. Yeah me! I HIGHLY SUGGEST CALL SOMEONE ELSE! If I could post pictures of all the bad flashing, 3 different caulk "fixes" I would. The additional bad deal, Aaron, Garys son told me there is a hole in the membrane, the new membrane they just installed. The first leak was less than 2 months after after the original install. I definitely know I have given plenty of time and opportunity for them to make proper repairs. Everyone makes mistakes. At this time, it was over due to post publicly about what is going on with Christian Bros. Roofing.

I was given a very strong recommendation for Christian Bros as I was pursuing options to replace my very old roof. I received a quote from Christian Bros and another roofing company that were very close in price, but as I did more research I found the shingles that CB use were much higher quality. I decided to give them my business, and they estimated it would be around a month before they could get to my house. They gave me a call much sooner than that, and had my roof completely replaced the next day. They did a great job of cleaning up, and keeping things around my house in order. I found a couple of scraps here or there but I was still surprised how great of a job they did. Their customer service was great, and they answered all of my questions and gave me honest recommendations. They truly cared about doing a good job and treating their customers right.

I appreciated the entire Christian Brother crew in the installation of my new roof and gutters...from Andrew, Aaron and the entire Mexican roofing crew. Everyone was very helpful, informative, friendly , energetic and professional. In particular, I admired the speed, high energy, team-work and efficiency of the Mexican working crew. Since I am fluent in Spanish, it was a pleasure to speak with them and they were delighted and shocked that I had visited their home city in Mexico as well as having traveled all over Mexico and having lived with a Mexican family. Admirable craftsmanship in all respects. The same praise for the gutter crew team also. Very patient and helpful in explaining the technicalities of the job

They did the roof on my house and my moms. Excellent service and workmanship. Gary (the owner) is very helpful. I used to roof during my college summer years. I had a hard time finding a place that didnt charge a lot extra for a hand-nailed roof. Christian Brothers only does hand-nailed and their price was cheaper than the two other quotes for pneumatic nail guns. If you dont know, nails are much less likely to back-out if they have been driven in by hand. Call backs and little leaks are less likely.

Finally, a positive experience with hired contractors. The crews that were sent to remove the old gutters and then install new gutters were a great bunch of people to meet. I have already recommended them twice. I will be using Christian Bros in the near future for several other jobs that I have planned. Thanks guys!!

Roof leaking after only 5 years. Extensive water damage inside the house. Discovered flashing wasnt properly installed. It wasnt overlapping. Sealant used to join seperate pieces together had deteriorated leaving open space for water to flow thru. Roof no longer under warranty.
