On the recommendation of a General Contractor, I contacted Tim Hill, now owner of Hill Construction Services (a family owned business) about a minor roof leak over my garage. This was in November 2013. It was one of the best decisions I could have made. He responded and fixed problem immediately. His charge for the repair was much less than I expected given that I had received bids for the work that were significantly more. As a result of my experience in November I contacted Tim again in March about a minor leak on another part of house. We set an appointment time. He responded as in the past, promptly, and took care of the issue. I also requested he do some cosmetic work on the roof, including painting vent covers. Again, the work was done for less than expected. When the time comes that my roof must be replaced, there is no doubt in my mind; Hill Construction will be my first call.

Knowledgeable, Efficient, Certainteed Certified. A definite candidate for your project. They just finished doing our roof. They arrived to assess the roof, gave us all relevant information. Sent us a very professional document of pictures of damage. Upon communicating with my insurance company, they were with us the entire time and actually came to meet with the adjuster to discuss the damage with him. I believe the adjuster was impressed with their professionalism. Claim went through without a hitch.

Would highly recommend Hill Construction. They were great at taking care of some siding problems we were having so we had them install gutter guards for us too. Tim and Morgan are very professional and friendly and do quality work in a very timely manner.
