Im living in the top floor apartment of an older house in Clifton, and weve had several problems with leaks over the past 2 1/2 years, in two of the same spots. The landlord has continued to call Ray St. Clair to essentially do "patchwork". The leaks keep coming back. A couple weeks ago (the third or fourth time RSC has been out here), the landlord again pointed out the spots that were leaking and asked that the roofers take "before and after" photos of what they thought the problem areas were, and what they did to fix them. At around noon today, as these guys were wrapping up their work, I heard one roofer yell to another, asking if he had taken pictures of the repairs. Couldnt hear what the other roofer replied, but heard one of your guys say, "Just take a photo of anywhere and tell him its the repairs". I realize were not paying for the repairs to the roof (the landlord is), but as the person living under the leaking roof, I dont really appreciate hearing your employees being ok with lying. Its especially telling, what people say when they dont think anybody is listening. I suppose only time (and a good rainfall) will tell if any of the repairs these roofers supposedly made will actually work *this time*. We wont be living in this rental forever, and when we do get a house, I have a pretty good idea who Im *not* going to call if we need work done on our roof.

We had an issue with remote control for Velux skylights and called them. Don Strumple came over, on schedule, and got it fixed in 5 minutes. He used his skills of narrowing down what could cause the issue to both skylights and it ended up being an electric switch turned off. Simple but I did not think of it and spent hours changing batteries, reprogramming , etc. and Don solved it quick. Thanks so much and this is the kind of service that will keep me coming back to them.

Have to get better supervisors that treat their employees better and stop refuring to their "wifes" as dogs what type of company allows supervisors to talk like that to their employees about their family surprised someone hasnt filed a lawsuit about it very unprofessional

Gave me a fair estimate on a roof, came out at 7:00am beautiful new roof by 5:00pm. Stripped, some decking replaced, new vents and fan installed. No nails, no trash. A very professional job. You do get what you pay for sometimes.
