Called for them to come check the leak in my roof nobody answered phone but since I live down the street I drove up there and found both people in the office just talking and letting phone ring, I set up appointment the rep was 30 mins late he walked in asked for my email address for the quote and then went to get ladder. He was up on my roof for less than 10 mins and took some pictures mainly in areas where the roof wasnt leaking climbed down I asked what he thought was causing the leak he said he would email me the quote with a good better and best price hopped in truck types in the address of his next appointment and left. Has been 2 days since then and no quote emailed to me. Worst customer service I have ever seen in my life and didnt even seemed concerned to even help fix my roof like they didnt need the business so I would advise to go somewhere else these people suck bad and Im going to make sure nobody else I know uses this company I was prepared to have fixed that day since its a bad leak and had to go somewhere else complete waste of time and Im going to post this review in every spot I can because the service was so bad. *** My response to the owner is I was wrong the estimator was 15 mins late outside of the window not 30 and no blame was given by me to your business for the poor quality install of my roof by another company. The phones not working I understand isnt your problem things happen but when you walk in and see people talking and letting phones ring so they can finish a personal conversation doesnt leave a good impression regardless if you was having phone issues, I was just trying to get the problem with my roof fixed. There is no all of a sudden urgency to have fixed, when you ask any repair oriented business to give you a price and opinion on what might be wrong they usually are able to give you a price range of how much it can cost to be repaired and a time frame on when they would be able to come out and get the work done unless that business deals with commodities where the price can change daily but I dont think the price of shingles changes everyday. Taking 48 hours to figure out how much something will cost to fix is not reasonable at all when 3 other companies was able to give ballparks on price and timeframe on the spot so not sure why you need 48 hours. I wasnt looking for an exact price or specific time for work to be done just a ballpark like you get when dealing with any repair type of business and if you needed 48 hours to figure out a quote that information would have been nice to know upfront so that if I was needing an urgent fix I could have planned accordingly, not have an estimator show up and say we have to figure it out and send you an email just leaves me with the impression that the estimator is really just a picture taker so that a real estimator can give a quote later and that also would be fine but should be explained upfront I really didnt want to give you a bad review and I wanted to use a local company who I seen had good reviews but the experience I had with your business was sub par.
We called Mid-Miami after discovering a water stain on a second floor ceiling. The Admin who answered the phone was very pleasant and professional. We told her that we had planned a trip out of town and asked if it would be possible to get someone right away. She scheduled an inspection with the roofing specialist for the very next day. Greg was on time, polite, professional, and very knowledgeable. Very quickly he was able to identify two areas where water was getting in (around nails that hadnt been properly seated). He was able to make the repairs on the spot without the need for a second visit. I would definitely use Mid-Miami for any future roofing needs.
We used Mid-Miami Roofing for a major project on our 165 year old home. They did an outstanding job replacing asphalt with new metal roof, repairing sagging roof joists, insulation, replacement of siding with James Hardie material and lining of box gutters with EPDM. The follow-up has been amazing. They noticed some shingles missing on a part of the roof (that they didnt work on) after a storm. I wasnt even aware of the problem. They sent someone over and repaired the missing shingles without charge. That kind of customer service and concern is rare. I would recommend them to anyone.
