Seriously unimpressed with this company. I called them over a week ago requesting a technician to come out and do an estimate for some insurance-required garage roof repair, and I indicated numerous times that it was a time-sensitive issue. After 3 business days and no call-back, I called, reiterated my need for a timely call-back and estimate, and was told again that someone would be in touch. I would have loved to give them my business but am going to look elsewhere. I prefer to deal with companies who value potential customers interest as its often an early indicator of the type of professionalism and service I can expect from them down the road.

My husband and I had C.S. Roofing come out to our house, the estimate Dave Swearengin gave us was unbeatable from the other companies we had inquired. Dave was very knowledgeable, and knew what needed to be done to fix our various issues. The crew that showed up to do the work did a great job. They took good care of our home. They did an excellent job of cleaning up our property so we wouldnt have to worry about of children or our dogs stepping on nails and other materials. I highly recommend them to anyone.

I want to thank CS Roofing for coming to replace my outside vent covers. I thought that I only had one vent cover to replace but the wonderful and observant worker saw two additional that I had not seen and replaced those as well. Before replacing the vent covers the worker cleaned out the vent and found a nest and dead bird in there. I really appreciate the attention to detail and integrity of CS Roofing and their workers.
