We recently noticed a leak on our ceiling in our living room. We immediately called a few roofers, one being Roofing Annex. (my husband heard an ad on 700WLW) Roofing Annex was by far the most efficient. They had a guy out the next day to look and take pics of our roof and wind damage. They handled everything as quickly as possible, and our new roof is beautiful! There were two things that happened that had us questioning our decision however. 1.) The guys who literally placed the shingles moved our satellite dish and put it back in the wrong spot. Not even bolting it to a beam, it was flopping around up there causing no TV watching for us for days. 2.) Part of our deal with Roofing Annex was they were to patch and paint the ceiling in the living room and a spot in the kitchen where the old roof had leaked. The people came and did the living room, took one look at the drop ceiling in the kitchen and said there was no way they were doing that, too much work. We had already paid for these services, but when we called and told Roofing Annex of the situation, they quickly refunded our money for the work that was not completed. All in all this company was pretty good. I can t say a bad word about the business aspect. Everyone in the office, or the guys that come to give estimates, show colors, etc. were very professional and on top of their game. If I had to do it over, I would use them again, but make sure that my dish was taken care of by the cable people before and after the roof was installed. Niki G

At least twice a year we would get a wind storm that would have me on my roof repairing broken shingles. I had no idea how bad the real condition my old roof was in until RA walked the roof last fall and found wind and hail (who knew?) damage. They worked with my insurance carrier to replace the roof, which we also upgraded to a better looking HD dimensional product. It was pretty easy as they took care of everything. On the day of the job, they showed up on time and their crew always said hi. Every day they were there they would clean up all nails and debris and move their gear so we could use the garage. They use their own crews--NO subs. They followed up a couple of times after to make sure everything was perfect. With the 14 year old roof, every time we would have winds over 20mph you could actually hear the singles moving around. After a long winter and very gusty winds, the whole house was noticeably quieter! My wife loves the way the shingles look and I love the fact they took care of dealing with insurance and did the job right. They are real roofing pros. I HIGHLY recommend the Roofing Annex!

Last fall Roofing Annex inspected my roof and told me that it had hail damage. I was given pictures and information about the company. They worked with my insurance company the next day and I was approved for a new roof shortly there after. I followed up with a surprise visit to there office in West Chester to see their operation. I was shown around and taken care of professionally. I was given sample boards to take home to review and Jonathon,Sales Rep, answered all of my questions. My roof was installed this last week while I was gone and they comunicated with me before,during and after the work was completed. They were very careful to cover all of my wndows,landscaping and entry ways. The cleanup was excellent, so good that you could not even notice they were there.I am very pleased with work completed and the followup that they did after. They also helped me with a contractor to replace my chimney cap. I would recommend this company to do your roofing in the future.

In October, Roofing Annex replaced our storm-damaged roof. From our first contact with their representative to the final inspection, they exceeded our expectations The roofing materials arrived just prior to our scheduled startdate. The workers were on time, courteous and hard-working. Their clean-up was unbelievable--we didn t find a nail or scrap of roofing anywhere on our property. And, the job was finished in two days, just as we had been told at the outset Within two days, a supervisor returned to answer any questions or concerns we had. We had none. Best of all, we noticed that our heating bills this year have decreased and we attribute the fact to our beautiful new roof which adds so much to the appearance of our home. Today we had our roof re-shingled and we couldnt be happier with the work! Everything they told us would happen, happened. They were out first thing in the morning and finished by mid afternoon. The clean up was AMAZING!! We have a toddler and were worried that there may be nails and other things left behind, but we havent found anything as of yet. The project manager Ryan was so helpful in explaining everything to us and answered any questions we had. He even came back well after his crew had left and explained that he just wanted to do a final walk through to make sure everything was cleaned up and that we were happy with the work, that was a definite YES!! My husband and I will recommend this company to anyone looking for any type of roofing needs.

All contacts Johnathan and PM - Jamie were very helpful and concise in their explanations of different aspects of roofing options available. Also after roof installed made sure nails and any debris was found, and picked up. Roofers were very impressive - I have no idea how they can stay up on roof all day in the baking sun with few if any breaks. I have seen other roofs being installed on our street, with larger crews and there was a lot of soccer playing off and on. All Roofing Annex contacts were very professional - Salesman Jonathan we had back a number of times to check colors and other questions before we even signed a contract - he was very helpful in explaining all aspects or concerns we had.

This week we had our roof re-shingled through The Roofing Annex and are very pleased with the results! From start to finish, they were extremely professional, courteous, honest and timely. They gave us an honest estimate to start with and let us know step by step what would occur. They had told us they would begin our project at 7am, and at 6:59a they on the roof ready to go! They had our roof done in under a day and a half and were meticulous at their cleanup. They came by immediately afterwards to see if we had any questions or concerns and were genuinely interested in our feedback. We would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a new roof.

They discussed all preexisting issues in detail giving me options on corrective actions. The roof looks great just as I wanted. Their response to my questions were dealt with very quickly with absolutely no hassle. They were very professional and the yard was immaculate when they left.
