I hired Deer Park to re-do the roof on our house, because they gave us the most detailed quote, and Coy took the time to describe all the components and why they use the materials they do. Also, he was the only one that noted that the boards were sagging like the inspector had told us. They worked with me on the schedule - they were out to the house within a week to get the work done before we moved in. Well, it was a good ting that they did it before we moved in, because they put two holes in our sheet rock ceiling. On the first day of the job, they called to ask me to open up the house for them to get someone in to fix the ceiling. I had to leave the door unlocked for the rest of the day and go back to work, because they told me their dry wall contractor would be by to fix it that afternoon. However, nothing was done and no one called me to tell me they were leaving so my house ended up sitting unlocked. The next work day, I went by to check on progress, and discovered a second hole. No one had told me about this one, so they must have been trying to hide it hoping that I wouldnt come by the house? They ended up fixing the two holes, and the patches look nice. However, I had to be pushy to get it all done before I moved in, and I had to spend a couple of hours cleaning up the dust that the dry wall work left all over those two areas. Finally, the last straw was that they sent me the invoice without filling in the insulation. They told me they had done it - again, hoping I wouldnt notice?? They just came in today to finish it all up. In the end, for the number of phone calls and trouble that I had to go through to clean up their mistakes, I would not recommend Deer Park and their premium pricing compared to other quotes I got for the same job. I give them 2 starts instead of 1, because the quality of the shingle installation looks good, and Im looking forward to the 50 year guarantee. However, putting TWO holes in the ceiling, not telling me about the second one, and having to track them down about patching it up and getting the insulation re-filled was a huge headache.

My name is Glenn Hughes and We had lots of quotes from 4 different companies and Deer park Roofing was not the lowest bid , but also not the highest , and now I know why!! They employ the most professional & honest people they can get , from the roof (nice job Shawn ) they put on , to the siding and gutters ( Steve and his crew ) put on and made my house the nicest on the block and added another 20K to my property value . Now we had some delays with the rain ,but every time I was contacted from the Deer Park office , they were polite and answered "all" my concerns , as a matter of fact three people in my neighborhood will be having work done because they way the work was completed in the time frame that they told us! If you or anyone you know needs to see what my finished project looks like ,call Deer Park ROOFING and ask for my number and address and I will be happy to share what a great company they are. By the way my salesmans name is John Plummer and what a treat to have someone tell you something and be able to back it up with a honest company that goes way beyond what we talked about all through the job! THANK YOU DEER PARK ROOFING AND ALL YOUR STAFF , FOR MAKING MY LIFE EASY , AND ANSWERING ALL PHONE CALLS AND HAVING THE ANSWERS I WANTED TO HEAR!!!

I wish i could give them zero stars, because they simply did not show up for the free estimate. I called and got a confirmed appointment for 2/21/2014 at 8am a week prior to them coming out. The day of the appointment I called again at 8:05am to reconfirm they would be there, since they were already late and i had no notification thus far. The lady on the phone reconfirmed they were coming. 3 hours later no one had come so i called once again, at that point i was told that they didnt have an apointment with me at all. Then i was put on hold and sent to another department that informed me that the apointment was moved to the following day, 4/22/2014 at 8:30am. Needless to say i requested that estimate was cancelled. I dont think they have a good system of keeping up with customers. This worried me as this is the first time i had to get an estimate on a roof, being a new home owner, so i called the other 2 companies to make sure they were still coming for my estimate. So far both Arco Remodeling and Bone Dry still have me as confirmed for a free home estimate on the correct day, at the correct time. I wouldnt suggest using Deer Park Roofing if you want professional, courtious work.

A Deer Park Rep came to my house to take measurements, etc. to work up an estimate. After a few weeks, with no estimate provided, I contacted Deer Park. Still, nothing was provided. I emailed the Rep who came to the house and spoke with the Admin Asst who answers the phones several times over the course of a month. I was continuously assured the estimate was come soon. Still, no estimate was ever provided. I, as the customer, shouldnt have to repeatedly contact a company. If theyre this bad up front, I cant imagine how bad they are once actually contracted. Id complain that Deer Park wasted my time, but I should probably be thankful that they showed their true colors right off the bat.

DO NOT TRUST this company. I hired them to replace a roof both the plywood and shingles.. They came highly recommended. My yard was left a mess with the metal debris from the old roof piled up, debris in the attic. Paint was splattered on new shingles, which they did correct. The shingles blistered up in a large area of the roof and the tar paper had to be smoothed out, which they did. I found out some time later, Deer Park did not do my job but subbed it out to another roofer. Over $30,000 job and they subbed it out and did not tell me. NO TRUST here. I hate to give them any stars

On recommendation from family members I went with DeerParkRoofing to remove 2 layers and drop a new roof on my home. They send someone out who fought my insurance company and got my damage estimate from 800 that the insurance company offered to over 5500 when the experienced roofer explained to the insurance company what was storm damage versus what was just a 20 year old roof. Its been 6-7 years now and not a leak or shingle out of place. Thanks for the great work!

Called several roofing companies to come out and look at a possible repair. 2 of the roofers that I called only talked about how they could get me a new roof for free through insurance. Deer Park Roofing took identified my problem, came up with a solution, and corrected the issue. Everyone that I spoke to at Deer Park Roofing was professional, polite, and knowledgeable. I would strongly recommend that you contact Deer Park Roofing for any and all roofing issues.
