Absolutely horrible!!! We spent a ton of money for a lifetime warranty on metal roof & within 4 years, the screws were stripped out & our foundation was rotted from water damage. We called Mr. Joyner in January when we noticed it & he said he would send someone out to fix it. Two months later, no phone call, email, letter to inform us of who or when someone was coming. Mr. Joyner was called again & he stated he sent his "guy" out here but we were not home. No apology & many excuses later, Mr. Joyner was reminded that we have a locked privacy fence & 3 dogs in backyard & someone would have to be home & that nobody contacted us about "stopping by" for we work & have a busy life. Three days later, on a Sunday afternoon, someone came by for an hour & temporarily put in a "quick fix" to get us by until he could purchase all the supplies needed (even though Mr. Joyner assessed the damages in January & knew what needed to be purchased to fix the roof). A month has gone by & several rescheduled have been made due to weather issues & were supposed to be at our home at 7:30 this morning & no show (Friday is a work day so time taken off to sit at home & wait), then Bennie was called back & he said he was running behind & would be here @ noon. At 12:30, Bennie was called again & did not apologize & stated "we are in Dothan & on our way!" He was curt & rude & as of 2:00 pm, still not here. Do not ever use this company for once they have your money, they dont care!!

So many great things to say about the WeatherProof team and the metal roofing system they installed on my house in Ozark, Alabama! Amazingly beautiful installation - A work of Art! Ron and his team are truly the most professional, hardworking contractors Ive had the pleasure of working with on any home improvement project EVER!! I was always updated on the status of job, given a schedule I could depend on,the team members were so courteous and upon completion, the main focus was insuring I was pleased as the customer! Nowadays, at the end of most contracted jobs, you feel as though youve been through a hit and run, NOT SO HERE, I felt as though I had family members that were going away.
