The Board of Directors of my condo community hired James Reynolds the Owner of Eclipse after calling 4 other contractors who either bailed because they could not take the challenge, did not have the skills or would not warranty their work to the Boards satisfaction. I have an 18 ft patio storage shed that was rotted from years of storm water entering it from a poorly poured adjacent nabors patio. It was in bad shape, unusable and was a great example of serious condo management deferred maintenance prior to my purchase. Needed elaborate French Drain and complete redesign of both the shed and the patio. I met James and his crew numerous times and was impressed with not only his professionalism but his employees and work. I know am on the Condo Board and we use his company frequently. I am a Realtor and I have referred him out to my clients. Trust this legit testimonial, he is one of the good guys! The storage unit and the beautiful patio are reflective of his super quality work. I will first start by saying they did not end up doing work for me. I did call and got a quote and I asked them to do the repair. I called one or two additional times to find out when the work was scheduled. I waited 5 days without any response from the initial request. I started inquiring from additional companies and called them back so they knew that I would find someone else. I get a call almost immediately after this to inform me that the pieces are on the truck and should be completed that day or the next at the latest. Well later the next day, I was informed that that wanted to do it the following day. I called back one of the other companies and they actually came out and did the work. Communication was lacking. Please show up when you say you will and the job would have been yours.

My house is a one story ranch that needed a new roof five years earlier than the 30 yrs it was to have lasted. The early demise was due to poor attic ventilation. I had three contractors bid on the job .. which was to include fixing the attic ventilation issue. I chose Eclipse Contracting,LLC because they provided a reasonable proposal that addressed the attic ventilation and other issues discovered during the initial proposal inspection. James Reynolds, President of Eclipse, was highly professional, exceedingly knowledgeable and totally reliable. His crew arrived on schedule, worked diligently and completed the job in one day …. with a couple hours the following day to fine tune the installation and clean up the job site. When complete … the job site was cleaned thoroughly.

I had James Reynolds at Eclipse Contracting look at my roof. Some shingles had blown off and I was concerned it could lead to further damage. He not only repaired my roof in one day, with great attention to detail, he also made sure I received a new roof from my insurance company when we found out that my old shingle was no longer produced. The insurance company wanted to "mismatch" my shingles, but James led me throughout the process to which steps I needed to take. I cant say enough about his knowledge and Eclipse. He is a leader in the industry and you can certainly tell when you speak to him. I would never recommend anyone else. Give him a call. You wont regret it!! He truly cares and is very passionate about what he does.

Eclipse Roofing and Restoration is a top notch company. About 6 years ago, after a storm, I had a roofer come to my door to put a roof on my house. Not knowing about the scammers that are out there, I agreed to have my roof done by them. I subsequently had multiple leaks and had a hole in my kitchen ceiling after a bad rain storm. I had my roof inspected and found out about the details of the shoddy job that was done. James Reynolds offered a very honest, reasonable solution for the myriad of problems I was facing. I cant be happier about the peace of mind I have now thanks to Eclipse. They are license and insured.....not required in Kentucky. Do yourself a favor and have them come out to assess your roofing needs!

My home is a camel back shotgun built over 100 years ago. When a new roof was installed in 2012 they put the wrong type of roof on my upstairs roof. It didnt have enough slope to have shingles so therefore it was holding water which lead to a leak. I had no idea the slope of a roof determines the type of roof to be installed. James educated me on this with documentation supporting his suggestions. He was professional and made the process super easy! Not only was the person who came out for a quote genuine and knowledgeable- when we decided on them, the installers were quick with their work and cleaned up any mess that was left in our yard, which was a plus! Our experience with Eclipse was wonderful, even from the initial phone call. The gentleman they sent out to us, Lou, had our concerns and needs covered from the first time he stepped foot in our home. Lou handled everything and was available whenever we needed him and made time to answer all of our questions. The workers who replaced the roof were dedicated to getting the job done and left no evidence behind. Lou even followed up and got on the roof after the work was finished to make sure it met expectations..... I would highly recommend this company and ask for Lou!

I have used Eclipse Contracting for a couple different issues on my home, and have always been impressed. They are always on time, courteous, and explain things in terms that can be understood. Ive gotten estimates from other companies who seem to want to oversell their products and services. Eclipse identifies the problem, and fixes it, without telling me I need an entire new roof. Ive never had to call them back to fix an issue, because they do it right the first time. I will use Eclipse again, and have no problem referring them to friends and family.
