OTF is the best workout class in the US. Each day the workouts are different and help me take on a new challenge. The OTF Tuscaloosa location is very nice. The service of the front desk staff is awesome and the facility is always clean.

I went for my free visit and i am hooked. The coach for that visit was awesome. The staff was all great. I was sore but i made it threw it. Cant wait to go back. So much fun in the group
