Love the gym.....great equipment, staff is great...pool is nice............just need to be open more hours on the weekend....I get up early and hate waiting till 8 am on Saturday and 1 on Sunday to work out....messes up my day.

Great gym love that it is family oriented. Customer service is really good.And all the other gyms that are being built here in Dickson and the YMCA that is coming soon.I will still stay with DAC..Great place!
