We have been to Crossfit gyms all over the world and no one cares more about the programming, its members, or the stability of the community more than Colton. He is extremely knowledgeable about the athletic movements as well as how fitness impacts the body, and he knows how to coach properly to keep his athletes safe while still focused to reach their goals. This gym is an excellent addition to this small town.
