We used Built by Grace for smaller projects (including hanging a light fixture and replacing our front door) prior to hiring them to completely remodel a bathroom. Communication prior to the start date was very good - they are very responsive. Once the project started, they showed up exactly on time every day and were very professional. Each morning, they reviewed with us their plans for the day to make sure their plans matched what we were expecting. They also cleaned up at the end of each day. As for the quality of their work, it was wonderful. They took great care to do really great work with quality materials, which is not something I can say for any other contractor Ive worked with. The tile work done in the shower was beyond my expectations. Overall, doing business with Built by Grace was a far better experience, with a far better outcome, than anyone I have worked with before.

A while back, my kitchen needed to be remodeled big time. Not meaning to judge, but the former homeowners seemed to like really ugly tile, and fiberboard. I asked around at Lowes and Home Depot, plus some other places, and came home really discouraged. Then a friend of mine recommended BBG. The guys came over and first off, I was impressed at how professional and friendly they were. They gave me an estimate that was WAY cheaper than the other places I looked at, and they even worked with me on my schedule. They arrived on time, did a phenomenal job and even cleaned up after themselves. My husband and I liked what they did so much we are even thinking of remodeling our guest bathroom and calling them to come in to do it. I cant recommend them high enough.

Contacted them initially by phone and they told me I had to submit a quote form to get an estimate, they wouldnt go over anything with me over the phone. So, I then submitted the generic quote form on their website, asking about having a couple different jobs estimated out for me. They responded by a short email saying simply and quite rudely that my price range would be a waste of their time. It forces you to select one of the offered price ranges on the quote form, so I selected one. I had meant the price range for one of the jobs, not for all of the jobs mentioned in the comments.

I tried to get my garage into some semblance of order. Ive often been accused of being a hoarder, however, I like to think of myself as organizationally challenged. Well, I called Built by Grace, and in just a couple of hours, they had my garage looking like a garage again instead of a junk pile.
