We have been going to Firehouse Subs since it opened at this location. For two months we have had very pleasant experiences with them. The subs are very tasty. The last time we were there I ordered a veggie sub with a light amount of mayo. My girlfriend also ordered. We waited 25 minutes at 2:00 (off-peak hours) while they made two subs. We took the order home to eat. The sub came with more mayo than lettuce. I would assume that a veggie sub would have a decent amount of lettuce since there is no meat on it. I called them on the phone and explained to them that there must have been a mistake and my sub had more mayo than lettuce. The girl on the phone said "what do you want me to do about it" I asked if they could make another sub. She said yes. I returned to Firehouse Subs 5 minutes later and waited another 15 minutes while they made my sub again. There was another couple waiting next to me upon my second visit who claimed to have been waiting more than 30 minutes. The restaurant forgot their order and did nothing to remedy it. This was their first time in and they said it would be their last. I received my order and returned home again to find the sub made the same way it was done previously. More mayo than lettuce. To my fault I should have checked it while I was there, but I assumed that they wouldnt make the same mistake twice. I called them again to explain the situation. The same girl answered the phone with the same attitude. I then asked for a manager or owner. She put me on hold and a man who claimed to be the owner picked up the phone. He told me that he personally made the sub himself and that it was what I asked for. I found this to be interesting since a teenage boy made my sub. The man on the phone sounded much older than a teenager. Three people were working behind the counter making the subs and obviously none of them were over the age of 25. Maybe a teenage boy is the owner of the place, but I doubt it. He said he could make another sub. I declined. He offered me a refund, but I paid in cash and didnt have time to go back at this point. I explained that I just wanted him to know that the quality and service has really gone downhill. He didnt really seem to care which seemed odd for a man who claimed to own the place. This is why I am writing this here. It appears that this location of Firehouse Subs isnt concerned with quality or customer service. They did a great job for a couple of months, but it only takes one bad experience to ruin a good thing. I will not be returning.

Im not one to write a review, but after coming here two times in the past month and my order being wrong each time, I will never be returning to this location. I wish the owner was there so I could of expressed this to them, it was that HORRIBLE! My first visit was ordered for takeout, one sandwich in my order was supposed to have extra bacon on a #6 club, they screwed up so bad they didnt put any bacon on it. The second sandwich was a #6 with peperoncinis added, they were to lazy to cut them up so instead they used banana peppers, which Im allergic to so I had to throw the sandwich away! During my second visit, which was just 1 hour ago, I ordered three subs for dine in. I was the first to order and my to buddies sandwiches came out first. Thats just the start to this HORRIBLE experience tonight! My friend ordered white bread, he ended up with wheat. My sandwich ended up taking 25 minutes, and due to that the bread was cold, because we all know the bread going through the toaster is the first thing in the making process at firehouse. I was supposed to have black olives on it, not one was found. My jalapeños that I got on it were chilly cold, they didnt get put in the steamer with the meat, LIKE THEY SHOULD BE! And to top everything off, the hot sauces were not labled 1-10 correlating to the hotness level. So unsatisfied, very obvious that the workers, shift lead, and even the owner doesnt care about their customers.

I was so excited for my 1st visit to Firehouse Subs. I walked into the building and made eye contact with the shift leader. She did not speak nor motion for me to go to the other end to put my order in. Other customers walked up and she greeted them and asked them were they ready to order. The person I was with was asking if she even acknowledged that I was there first and they walked outside. As I was waiting for the shift leader to take my order, she was speaking with another shift leader about my situation. After she told him what happened, she shrugged her shoulders and walked up to me. I mentioned that I never said anything and I was not happy that she shrugged off the incident. I order my sub and ask to speak to her leader, she then hesitates and refused to give me any information. Finally, I get my order and I loved it but the experience was terrible!

The food is always delicious but the cleanliness of the restaurant leaves much to be desired. I ate in the dining room 01/20/2015 with my infant son and struggled to find a table that was clean. After locating a table and wiping it off with a baby wipe I then went to the restroom to change my son. I found a clean restroom but no area to change a small child. I came out of the restroom, chuckled that there is a picture of a baby in the arms of a firefighter and there are small childrens fire hats scattered around the restaurant for your little ones to enjoy. I am disappointed that an establishment that encourages families to eat there would not have a changing station in the restroom. I informed the staff and they assured me they would share the concern with management.

Great service! The other night my boyfriend and I had late appointments & errands to run. At the end of it all we realized we hadnt even planned anything for dinner. With it being 9:15 PM our options for grabbing a sandwich were limited. We drove to some other locations that (on line) showed a closing time of 10:00 PM & they were already closed. We called this location (Mill Crossing) & they said they were open until 10:00 PM. We arrived at 9:50 PM. The gentlemen who helped us were genuinely sweet & they made us two of the best subs. Thank you Daniel & Morgan (I hope I got their names right.)

Greats sub always friendly staff been going here a long time love the food. But I was in here the other day and called in and ordered. When the guy came up to collect my money he never removed his gloves while handling my cash. After handling my CASH he returned to the sandwich line and continued making sandwiches with DIRTY GLOVES ON! So nasty.

Best sub around. Takes a while to make them though. Worth the wait every time. Ill be sitting there looking at my watch like "whats taking so long???" Then Ill taste the sandwich and be all like "oh, I see!". Theres a process to making them that works!
