This location rocks! Staff is laid back and friendly. I was at the Alma school and Guadalupe location two days ago and the staff was rude, talking over me to gossip with other customers. The employee said it was too hot for soup and they only have it in December and January. I came to this location today and wouldnt you believe it, soup.

Tried to go to this location 3 times. Twice they had a sign on the door reading: "CASH ONLY. Card reader not working." I wont be wasting my time attempting to go to this location again. Theres another Subway a mile away on Arizona Ave.

It took 15 minutes to make two sandwiches and I was the only costumer in the restaurant. I didnt order anything crazy I ordered the same thing I always do which has only taken at most 5 minutes to make.
