I took my children here about a year ago and took them out after 2 weeks. I had a child in the infant room and I was constantly picking him up with food crusted on his face and clothes even though they ask you to bring bibs. They were brand new bibs and never had been used in that 2 week time frame. One day I had picked him up and he felt warm. When I checked his temperature when we got home it was 102.5, so the staff didnt even notice he was running a fever. I also didnt like that they store the bottles in the fridge without the lids on them. I had a child in the 3s room and she cried every time I would take her here, which is very unlike her because she loves "school." I would pick her up from school and she would say things like "mama I was listening, how come I didnt get a sticker?" "the teacher made me put my head on the ground." When I would drop her off I would open the door and let her walk in then go drop my son off, and walking back by her room she was still standing at the doorway unacknowledged by the teachers. I caught her sitting alone at a table one morning while the other kids were doing an activity and the teacher had the back to the class. I asked the teacher one day picking her up who she plays with and she couldnt tell me. They were having trouble with the main door latching and none of the staff seemed too concerned even though it is the only locking door between the outside and the kids. And being new to the school I know they didnt know who I was. On the day I went to get all of their things I didnt have my children with me and walked in with a bag, no one stopped me or questioned what I was doing. When I entered the 3s room the two teachers were on their cell phone and didnt acknowledge me for a good 60 secs and didnt question me when I cleaned out her cubby. Never have I felt the need to go check on my children during the day but here I did.

I was considering having my child go to this "learning center". After my experience today, this is not even a consideration. Background: I previously stopped by this location during a lunch break (this is close to my office) and inquired on pricing, times, etc. The lady at that time was helpful and provided me with details. I went by today to get enrollment paperwork and from the start it went poorly. When I inquired about enrollment paperwork the response was "for what?" To enroll my child of course... I advised that the company I work for has an agreement with the "learning center" and she basically didnt even look initially and tried to tell me that there is a $100 registration. Well, I knew for sure that wasnt correct and after asking she agreed that there was no registration for me. She then gave me a quote for part-time (2days a week care) which is $25 more than what I was previously quoted. She told me "not that is wrong" and also said "Im here 24/7 and I do not remember seeing you, you must be confused or you went somewhere else." No, I have a 1hour lunch break, I dont drive around for hours on end checking out all the day care options around. She also seemed surprised that I would want to register without getting the tour. This consisted on looking into one of the classrooms. Thats it. We walked about 10-15ft to a door and she opened it and I looked in. The whole experience was maybe 10mins at most, but left QUITE the negative impression. I cant imagine ever bringing my child here if I have to deal with that attitude. No thank you. We will go elsewhere even if I have to pay a registration fee. *Excuse the typos / poor grammar, I was quite irritated when I typed this.

Ive been taking my two boys here for 6 years now and they love it. The staff are great. They take time to interact with the kids and keep them engaged. They offer great meals and snacks and have been one of few daycare centers to actually work with us on several things. One thing, for instance, other daycare centers we had been too seem to have no problem increasing the tuition costs multiple times in the year. It was getting to be that our daycare costs were outpacing our mortgage on our home. Kids Inc has been great in that we dont have to worry about that. Another thing is that Kids Inc. is really flexible when it comes to our familys variable work hours. We dont have to worry about someone not being there to help us out when our days off change. An additional great thing is that Kids Inc stays open until 6:30pm. Most other centers close at 6. Now, 30 minutes might not seem like a big deal, but it has saved us so many times because of my familys variable work schedule. Finally, Kids Inc was the ONLY school that helped us with bus transportation to and from ASU Prep Academy. All of the other daycare centers refused (according to ASU Prep) to transport to ASU Prep because ASU Prep was in the process of finalizing construction in their new building. As for any injury instances, kids are kids and will get hurt through the course of their play. Ive never had an injury appear on my kids that hasnt had an explanation that wasnt satisfactory to me. Safety has never been a concern for me at this daycare.

This is Truly an amazing Pre school , in my 10 years of working as a Lead teacher in a licensed pre School setting , this center is by far the best! Kids incorporated has established a great team of teachers that have all been here long term .The Director Stephanie is one of the Best directors out there , she is a great Leader to her team and she just adores and cares for the kids so much. She treats every person that walks in our center like they are the most important person in the world . The teachers here pride themselves to be the safest and cleanest center that can be . They take great care of the children and provide great learning activities/Curriculum to help them feel confident and rise to their full potential. If your in the Chandler area , I highly recommend this Pre school to you and your children. ❤

As an employee there, the children need stability. Stephanie (the director), hires new people to work there almost everyday. As well, not naming any names, but the teacher in twos and threes room, does cuss in front of the children as well. They overcharge you. And theyll find anyway to charge you. The teachers and babies are wat I love about the place, but the director just wants ur money in anyway.I love most of the teachers, but there could be an even better director working in Stephanie's place. For the most part, Kids Inc. Is a good daycare, just people in and out of the rooms. Ask if they're all fingerprinted. Ask if they at least all got CLEARED.

I had my daughter enrolled in the Fulton location for about a year. I loved taking my daughter here. (She was 1yrs at the time..2015). The staff is super nice and my daughter LOVED her teacher. She would even cry sometime because she didnt want to leave. I knew she was always having fun and learning while I was at work. I looked around at other places and Kids Inc prices are excellent compared. They worked with me when I had to switch which days she went and gave me make-up days when she didnt go, which is unheard of in the pricer places. Now my mom lives in AZ and she watches my daughter, otherwise she would still be going to this day care.
