If I could give 0 stars I would!!!!! This place has ruined my hair to no end! Everyone has had 1 bad dye job in their life, this place did 4! I went in with platinum blonde hair and dark roots, decided to change it up for fall/winter to a dark blonde/light cinnamon brown color. The girl, who said shes one of the color educators, colored my hair RED! I called the next day & was told to come back in & she would take me back to blonde. I decided ok give it a shot. I left work and went back just for her to turn my hair blue, green & gray. The girls kept saying how pretty it was, I have NO clue how they thought it was acceptable to let someone walk out looking like that. I had a HUGE event the next day & was so upset by this disaster. They told me to come back later & they would fix it. I was so embarrassed to walk out of the salon looking that way. I go back a hour later & she fixes it to be back to blonde with dark roots fading down, basically like I never had crap done in the first place. After 1 wash everything washed out & my roots were ORANGE! Lets not forget all of the breakage that has happened bc of all this. I call bc at this point I want a refund on ALL of my money. The manager begs me to let them fix my hair in a few weeks after it has a break. She promises me that it will be no charge & with the absolute best colorist they have that is in charge of all of the education there. VERY reluctantly, I go yesterday and tell her I want just all back to blonde real simple with some low lights 2 shades darker. She highlights all over and puts some low lights in, but left a bunch of the brown? Totally not what I asked for. Then she puts more brown on what was left out of foils. Again not what I asked for, but whatever it was do able. I shower tonight & ALL of the brown washed right out & my roots are back to brown. Its seriously like they used temporary dye. I cant believe this place cant get something so freaking simple as bleaching. I didnt ask for some over the top hard to achieve hair color. They dont pay attention to what the client asks for, they just do whatever they want & no matter how ugly it looks they let you walk out & tell you its amazing. The whole vibe of the salon is uncomfortable & ridiculously ghetto. After the first horrid job I asked around to friends and those that have been there, ALL have had similar experiences. The ones that have never been there, know someone whos hair has been ruined by them & thats why the wont ever go there. I urge everyone to find somewhere else, anywhere else! Ladies your hair is part of your identity, if you dont want to be embarrassed & want to feel beautiful every day, find somewhere else to go. You will be very disappointed by spending the large amount of money here. Worst salon on the fave of the planet!!!!

I asked for a balayage with purple ends. I paid over $400 for my initial service for a color correction, balayage, and a treatment to keep my hair in its current healthy condition. When I got home I realized I had GREEN hair. I was so upset and had to wear my hair up for a week until I could get back in to have it fixed. The colorist was nice and apologized and "fixed" it for free but the second time I ended up with a big patch of green on just the left side of my head at the very top, a yellow stripe across the middle and purple at the bottom that lasted for about 3 washes when the colorist said it was guaranteed to last 16 washes. I have even had my hair "fixed" AGAIN (third time having it colored) by another colorist and the green patches are still visible. So disappointed. My hair was so healthy before this and now it is ruined, damaged, and GREEN. The color correction and conditioning treatment I paid for were pointless. I learned that you dont necessarily get what you pay for. Such a waste of money. Not to mention I spent 8 hours in the chair during my first visit and really got a catty vibe from some people. One male stylist made a joke about my 2.5ct black diamond wedding ring and said it looked like a lump of coal and that "women will believe anything" when I told him it was a black diamond. Never returning here. What a nightmare. :(

Just left and will be calling a manager Monday. My girlfriend is the most selfless person I know and never does anything for herself. Last week I set an appointment with Daniel over the phone. I didnt know what to ask for but Ive heard her talking about Brazilian blow out so we set her an appointment for Brazilian blow out, cut, and color. I orchestrate a slick plan to have us arrive just in time for her appointment. I ask at the front desk what shes signed in for. They tell me cut and color. I ask about the Brazilian blow out and they tell me they dont do that there. I wasnt going to leave at this point. It was already a massive undertaking just to get her there and surprise her so I decided to wait and talk to a manager later. I go to pick her up and shes already paying which was not how it was supposed to go, furthermore, they charged her 153 instead of 118 as Daniel quoted me over the phone. He sold me a service they dont even offer. Im highly disappointed. Absolutely ruined my surprise for her. Ill update this as I see how its handled. ***UPDATE*** I called today to speak with Jennifer. The call dropped on her end and now when I call back it says the destination mailbox is full. I called corporate and put in a request for the owner of the franchise to call me back.

Whitney did an amazing "cool" cut on my 11 yr old son...a style that works for an 11yr old who doesnt always use product or take the time to style it. She knew exactly how to cut his thick dark wavy hair that now has many options for when he cares to style it...falls perfect when he doesnt. Worth the price to go here vs Sports clips/or Fantastic Sams for a young boy....Sent my husband over last week too and LOVE what she did for his thinning black hair! It has never looked this good in years! Whitney knows how to cut hair of all types in my opinion...a specialist in just cutting hair. Thanks Whitney....for showing my older boys the value of a good haircut....

Brianna was great. I went there looking for a new look and she spend the time with me to figure out what it was, we tried a few different styles and picked one then she showed me what products to use to get the style I was looking for, Im a dude so for me it was a dry wax. The new style is awesome and very current, Thanks. My stylist was Brianna and there is also another Bree there so ask for Brianna, I was referred and made an appointment with the wrong Bree.
