Professional, pleasant, clean, visually appealing, calming environment, leading hair products and fairly priced. Walked into Epic as I needed a cut ASAP and my regular stylist was always off when I tried to make appointments. Epic paired me up with stylist, Rebecca B. who was OUTSTANDING! I brought her a photo of the cut that I wanted, and during a very relaxing and non-rushed hair wash, Rebecca took special care in giving me a great head massage. As far as my cut was concerned - she nailed it!! Rebecca took the time to listen and gave me a full consultation. Time and money well spent as I walked out feeling great. Thanks for taking the time to choose high-quality staff Epic, and thank you once again Rebecca B. Looks like Ive found a new salon!! :)

Epic Salon Gilbert Arizona DESTROYED my wifes hair. She explained in detail what she wanted "Brown" came out with Irish Red top to mid ears and then dark brown the rest of the way down. Asked for a refund and they said that is not their policy. They would fix it. Who would be dumb enough to go back after they tell you "Sorry this was a new stylist we will give you a more experienced stylist to fix it". Beware of these people. Now my wife has to go on vacation looking like she is already wearing her Halloween Costume.

BEWARE. If you are not a high paying customer (haircut only) they will decide to bump you. My daughter had an appointment scheduled and not even an hour before the appointment they called to move the appointment to later in the day. Upon telling them we had a conflict they stated they could move the appointment to tomorrow with a higher paying stylist. I will not be returning and I will let everyone know not to waste their time.

I received a beautiful transformation from Becca , I had very long heavy thick dark hair and she gave me a beautiful sunkissed painted bayliage . She gives the best haircuts ever when you get out of her chair your hair is runway ready . The actual salon atmosphere is clean and professional with out being pretentious and snarky. I am so happy with my new style thank you a million Becca!

Love this place! I have very long curly hair and asked for Rachel to cut off a few inches to clean it up and make it look nice, she did an amazing job!! Was my first time in and will definitely be going back when the time comes. Price was good and all the girls were very nice and talkative!

Welcoming place. Nice sculp massage before hair cut. Heather knows what she is doing and I recommend you book with her! I went in fearful for my cut and left very much satisfied with the cut and style results !!!

holy crap, I just have the WORST haircut of my life at this place. Absolutely terrible. So bad I am contemplating shaving my head. Its seriously that bad. I wish I had just gone to great clips or something.
