Quality of work has dramatically gone down. Ive been a coming here for 8 months about every 2 weeks. I bring pictures of what exactly I want. The time before last Robert gave me a new uneven hairline last time I went in and gave me a high fade (higher on one side too) when I specifically, with pictures, asked for a medium/low fade. I get mistakes happen, so I went back and Robert seemed like he was in a hurry, which I understand given the amount of customers that were there, but that shouldnt effect how good of a job or how much effort you put in. Anyhow, my last hair cut I showed him pictures of a low fade I wanted- gave me a high fade again. I wanted a part in the side of my head, that I showed a picture of, he put a 1/4 bald gap on the side of my head. The line up was worse than last time, he even shaved off 3/4ths of an inch of my hairline on my right temple. If youre looking for a quality haircut I suggest you go elsewhere, this is not the place.

Been coming here for a couple years now.. best haircut Ive ever had in my life! No other place compares. The fades are immaculate, the attention to detail second to none. I would literally go out of my way to go across town to get a haircut here if i wasnt lucky enough to live close by. Rob is my go-to guy but Ive had all the other barbers at one point or another and every time its perfect!

Outstanding professional full service, the way barbering should be done. Great thorough haircut. The theme couldnt have been more perfect, mostly boxing but sports in general. Beautiful, clean shop when I went on a Friday morning and opened at 8 oclock sharp. I have already recommended many people to Robert, the barber I saw. Keep it up.

Been going here for a year now, at least 5 times. Theyre friendly, they do a great job, and the price is reasonable. I wouldnt recommend going on Saturdays though, they get quite busy. As I told the owner last time I was there "The biggest problem with finding a great barber is that everyone else finds them too".

The first time I was there I liked the service, but the second time they told me it would be a 15 min wait. I waited for 45 min and nothing, they were calling others in, they were probably ahead of me, but they were irresponsible with their calculation and they didnt even apologize. I got up and left.

Ive been to this barber once. I got a great haircut for a typical price ($15 or so). Lots of boxing/UFC memorabilia, TV with sporting events on. Good conversation. All around great barber experience. I will be revisiting this place once my hair grows out again

Worst place ever. If i can give it a negative 5 stars i would. Owner will attend others he know befor me or others that been waiting for 30 min or more. He rather talk more then cut hair. Rather have a blind man cut it for me

Excellent shop. Ive gotten my haircut 4-times so far, and the quality and service has remained consistent each time. I prefer Robert, but am sure the other barbers do just as good a job.

I have Been going to this barber for over 3 years now they always keep there edge ups clean and there fades tight. Wouldnt go anywhere else in Phoenix
