HOTWORX Hot Yoga is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!! At first thought, you may think that doing yoga in 123+ F degree heat would be straight torture and youd never live through it, but the infrared heat is barely noticeable until you start to drip sweat like rain and its just as refreshing! I wish I had discovered not only HOTWORX but Planet Beach a long time ago! I literally had a membership to tan and another for massage but PB combines the tanning salon, masseuse and gym all-in-one at a fraction of the cost. Not to mention, the owner at PB Happy Valley, Rebecca, is awesome - she truly values her clients overall health & well-being and its reflected all the way to the alkaline water machine she provides for her clients! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! <3 PBHV

I look forward to my time here! Love that I can pop in for 30 minutes and walk out relaxed. My favorites are the massage water bed, a detox in the hydration station, and LightStim which has really softened my fine lines. ThIs location is the best since it has lots of extras the other locations dont have, like Hotworx where you can burn a ton of calories during a 30 minute workout. State of the art!

The owner here is awesome very upscale on top of it always, the staff on the other hand bunch of ditzes, owner should choose a little better staff. its fun place to play for the day though lot of options a lot of things going on even teeth whitening yay! Love this place!!! Has so much more than just tanning. Hydration is my favorite! Staff is always so nice and friendly. Rebecca is the owner and knows everyones name every time I come in. Wish I could rate it with better than 5 stars!

BEWARE of this business. Dues were taken out of my bank account 2 AND 3 months after having cancelled my membership. Owner refunded only half of money wrongly taken. UNBELIEVEABLE.
