After reading the great reviews and desperately needing a massage I went to this location however, it was not a great experience. I had an appointment at 11. As directed I arrived early to fill out paperwork which only took a couple minutes. At about 11:05 the front desk employees got a call from my therapist saying he was stuck in traffic and wouldnt be there for another 30-40 mins, which they failed to notify me until 11:10! I was surprised by this because it was a Saturday at 11. Since I had other commitments I was unable to wait and the front desk staff were not apologetic and were very disrespectful of my time. Instead of leaving this establishment relaxed I left more tense because they had disrespected my time and wasted almost an hour of it.

My friend Lacy and I had an appointment today for facials and massages each. This appointment was scheduled one week ago and we were given the times of 2 pm and 3 pm when we arrived at 1:50 pm for our scheduled appointment we were told by the girl at front desk that they called yesterday and left voice mail that they changed times to 1 pm and this message was never received nor confirmed. She also gave us attitude that they called at 1:07 today to tell us we missed our appointment. She then further proceeded to tell us that services were now not available for our originals scheduled appointment and we would need to reschedule. Therefore I WOULD NOT recommend this company based on my first experience!

We are members at Massage Green, and for us, finding the right therapist really makes a difference. Victoria, Shelly and Julianna are our current favorites. Facility is very nice, and a 60 minute is actually 50 minutes so as long as there is that understanding, its great. :) We go regularly, every week or two, and try to get a couples massage with a combo of the above three therapists. There are others there that have also done well, its a preference in style. We are pretty spontaneous, and they are good about trying to accommodate us at the last minute. Of course scheduling it out a few days ahead of time is always better. ;)

My wife went there the fist time and everything was great. The lady who massaged her was very friendly and it went very well. The Second Time was a night mare! The girl was different and was very rude. Never been treated so badly in her entire life by any business. They did not even give her a massage and kicked her out because the girl that was suppose to massage her decided that arguing with her was more important than rendering services. We have asked for a refund for services not rendered and so far no call back.

Love this spa!! Everytime Ive gone, I had a different therapist and they are all just wonderful. Front staff girls are always friendly and pleasant, except for one who rarely smiles. My favorite massage therapist is Juliana. She is super attentive, sweet and overall a joy to be around. Katherine and Makayla are awesome too! I wouldnt recommend Victoria, her customer service is lacking. But, I highly recommend the spa itself.

My massage therapist was Tom and let me just say that he was phenomenal. It was my first time ever getting a massage and Tom really did meet the expectations I had. My boyfriend and I where in the couples room and it was so relaxing with the electric fireplace going and dim lights. Had no complaints from beginning to end. We will definitely continue to go to this massage place.

Disappointing. Been. Member since they first opened. They have missed the mark with their unprofessional therapists and their unforgiving computer system. Some massages were good, one or two was even great over the years. Too bad its so hit and miss because youre followed up with three losses in a row and makes it disapointjng. I wish I was no longer a member.

I had pulled a muscle quite badly in my back and after two weeks of miserable pain, I went into Massage Green Spa. Victoria was fabulous! She was able to get the knot out, and a few others, and I walked out without any pain. I highly recommend this Spa. The membership is not expensive and there are no contracts. I will definitely be back!

Everyone at Massage Green is very nice and welcoming. Lauren always greets you by your name. I had one issue with payment and Lauren was on top of it and took care of it right away. Aleshia does great deep tissue massages and listens to my needs. I have chronic pain in my neck and shoulders and when I leave I feel so much better.

Shelly is a great masseuse at 67th Ave and 101. I highly recommend her. Let her know where your body needs more attention and she will concentrate in those special areas, but at same time she will attack all body parts, if you let her know youll like a full body Swedish massage. She will leave you feeling like a new person!!

The worse massage ever, I paid for a full one hour and got 40 min, paid for full body massage and got just my upper back, I left the place in pain the next day I could barely move my back felt like someone beat me up for hours, I will never go there again or recommend to any of my family and friends. Waste of money

The service that was provided was excellent. I suggest Kyra as she made the experience very comfortable and relaxing and took care of all my nasty knots. Amber at the front desk was very polite and very professional which made the experience that much better. I will definitely be back!

It was my first message ever and needed this for more sports related treatment. overall I really enjoyed the treatment and will continue to see where this gets me with tight calfs and plantar fasciitis. Shelly performed some great trigger point and myofascal release work.

Great ambience, nice couples massage room. My massues adapted nicely to my then need of stretching a bit more than massaging. Just the right level of talking, with some friendly exchanges at the beginning and then mostly silence through the rest of the hour. Recommend

The worst massage I have ever gotten! I dont recommend this place at all... Me and my mother feel like we got ran over by a bus and a hour massage was 45 min and the whole body massage was not a whole body it was just a back massage! Horrible and a waist of money!

First massage ever and loved it. Told my parents I wanted a membership for Christmas. Really cheap and affordable. Front desk was friendly and caring. Therapist was a rock star. Went in hunched over with back pain left standing tall. I will be back soon.
