AWFUL!!! DONT WASTE your time here, they are rude and they dont care about your business. I waited for almost 2 hours, there was a woman waiting way before me that spoke a different language and they didnt care to serve her they left her sitting longer as she also complained but couldnt understand her, finally I had to speak up for her obviously there was a language barrier. as others arrived they kept taking those customers in front of us, until I finally said something to the young girl at their reception desk. She said "sorry", that was about the only english word she could speak, she kept whispering to the other customers making everyone else feel uncomfortable. Finally the poor woman was taken back, I waited another 30 minutes until the same young girl was trying to tell me to come back another day, seriously after waiting now more than 1 hour and 45 minutes. They were all laughing talking about their OWN customers leaving, what a disgrace and a waste of my time. Never again, dont come here. Funny how even the customers with appointments were walking out upset. Believe me they dont care, take your money and invest in another Nail Salon that will appreciate your business!

I have been coming to this nail salon for 6 monthes, and the service is getting worse and worse. Last visit my daughter was told her nails were finished, with polish all over her hands and dents in the polish with black streaks. We complained, which they attempted to fix by filing the polish off of her skin - that was very painful. This visit I walked out in the middle of removing the polish with foil on my fingers because the technician was rough, rude, and condescending. I always made appointments for myself and my daughter, and tip well at 25%. Customer loyalty and appreciation is nonexsistent. Find another place if you expect even mediocre work.

My wife and I went to get a pedicure yesterday for the 3rd time, and we were Very unsatisfied this time! They were Rough and cut my wifes toe with file, I asked them not to scrub my foot as I had a bad sunburn and She did it anyway ! Also she charged me for the full pedicure price when all she was supposed to do was my toes ! Didnt offer anything to drink and did not wait for our toes to dry as they pushed us out the door. We will not be coming back. We were told the manager wasnt there that day and you could really tell.

Got my "herbal nails" removed on Sunday (today is Friday). Either the person doing the removal did a bad job or the advertisements about the benefits of this product is incorrect because my nails look way worse then when Ive gotten gel. The texture is horrible and 3 nails have had such bad damage that they have gotten caught on clothing to the point that I have to clip them extremely close to the nail bed to prevent them from getting torn off. I will never get herbal nail product again.

DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON!!!! WASTE OF MONEY! I was cut multiple times, the gel polish went on my skin, and my cuticles are awful! The nails look so unprofessional. I was told that I can come back so that they can redo my nails and when I came I was told they have to charge me again. Across the street Happy Valley Nails do a million times better job and they are cheaper!

I expected professional and I that is not what I revived. I ask for gel and I received the most expensive herbal nails and since I had never had herbal nails I thought SandS was a form of gel its not and now I have thick ugly fake nails and I went in with lovely natural nail with a gel overlay I believe it to be a scam taking advantage when they can !!!

Not worth the money. Showed them a picture of what I wanted they said they could do it, asked for gel polish and they gave me gel powder along with telling me at the end of the gel process that they couldnt do the design with the powder...which is why I wanted polish! Very displeased, will not be coming back. Should have been free in my book.

Go to JULIE she was very meticulous and did a great job. Im very particular, she was quick, gentle and really paid attention to details. The product is also very good lightweight & stayed on for weeks way better then most other places. You will pay for it but it was worth it.

The facility is very clean and organized The lady on phone was very helpful The woman doing myself and daughters pedicures were friendly and nice Will definitely be coming back with my mom and daughters. Plus we can get wine and a pedicure who wouldnt like that.

The SNS manicure last for 3 weeks.... nothing has worked this well before. It does not peal like regular gel or polish. It is not a thick and hard on the nails as acrilic. Best of all worlds. This is a nice location and friendly staff.

They do these SNS nails, its a really cool and different. Its a powdered gell nail. Its really fun. Apparently healthier and still sturdy. Tomv was friendly and had a great sense of humour.
