I have been floating here for over a year now and absolutely love it. Each time I float its a new experience and I always feel so refreshed afterwards. It has helped me overcome a lot of my worries and my stress seams to just disappear. It usually takes about 15-20 minutes for me to quiet the chatter in my head before the magic truly happens. My first few floats felt nice but I wasnt blown away by the experience yet. I kept going and each float seemed to get better and better. I started letting go faster and now Im able to really feel this overwhelming sense of well being. Ive noticed that the feeling lasts for a few days and then life starts getting to me again and I float again. Overall it has made me a better person and I have so much more patience. The staff are extremely helpful and all have made me feel welcome. I love doing the oxygen bar before I float and notice that my float is more intense that way. Every-body is different but dont be afraid to try different routines. Sometimes I listen to their music and sometimes I enjoy the quiet. Its nice to have the option to turn the music off or on from inside the pod if its too much. Im really happy I found true rest because its changed my life for the better. Thank you true rest for helping me better myself.

I dont know what I expected to find going into this, but we originally did it just for the experience, and to see what it would be like to be deprived of all your senses. However, 10 minutes in I just melted into the universe and into the most relaxing state Ive ever felt in my life. There are no words to describe how liberating it is to feel your mind leave your body behind. The staff was amazing, the atmosphere was SO relaxing even before we got into our rooms, and there was complimentary hot tea and flavored oxygen. The rooms each have their own showers, colored lighting, and amenities like face towel, fresh water spray, ear plugs, etc. We will be going back on a very regular basis. Tell them Stephen referred you :)

True Rest Arrowhead in Glendale AZ is beautiful! New, clean and the staff is so nice and helpful! I love that I am able to choose from several different essential oil blends to enhance my oxygen bar treatment after each float. I also love that I can bring in my own music or hypnosis recording to listen to during my float and that I am able to choose a color therapy treatment if I choose not to have it pitch black in my pod!

Im so happy with how my stress level has gone down since I began to float. The True Rest Arrowhead location has such a serene and peaceful energy and the staff is always very courteous and helpful. The oasis room also has an oxygen bar that you can incorporate essential oils if you want!

Tempe and Scottsdale locations are much nicer dont like being able to see the front from the relaxation area, really takes the feel away. The float was great and I would come back but enjoy the feel of the other locations much better.

1st time at this location, I usually go to the location on Warner and the 101. You need to try floating, its amazing!
