United Beauty has a great selection of Hair extensions. My experience there was unpleasant. I sent my daughter and her friend into the store (this was a birthday gift to my daughters friend), they spoke with one of the ladies there and the lady was very rude & went to the extreme of telling the birthday girl that her hair had a green tint! I know teenagers can be a pain to help...but my daughter was honestly in there to purchase & after the treatment they both left! I was very sad, the birthday present I gave her $ for never got bought

WARNING! United is selling 808 wavy hair, packaged by THE HAIR SHOPPE as 100% HUMAN HAIR... it is all SYNTHETIC!!!! There are no refunds on any extensions at any location of United Beauty Supply. You purchase it NO REFUNDS even though they are selling hair that claims to be and United says is 100% human hairl.. it is synthetic. I posted a warning week of 03/22/13 and they have blocked it, if that is even possible. It was the same review only for the 7th st Store. Not all stores are owned by the same person????

This was my first time buying a wig. Well I did buy one but it was a cheap costume one that fell apart. I wasnt sure what I wanted, but had an Idea of color. The young lady was so helpful and very very pleasant and made me feel very comfortable. She also didnt make me feel I needed to rush. We even shared a few laughs. Young ladys name is Nicky. I apologise if I spelled it wrong but if and when I go back She is the one I will ask for. Thank you for helping make a good choice.!!

This United Beauty has an excellent selection and helpful employees. Despite living far, I have returned to this particular location to purchase hair extensions as well as other products due to good customer service and variety. Employees have often taken the time to provide education and demonstrations to enhance knowledge on various hair products, styles, etc. I would definitely recommend this location following several positive experiences.

I have always received the best service & advice from the owner and her employees. I recommend this place to everyone. They have always been right on the mark when matching up extensions, choosing the right color or chem straightner.. they know their stuff.. I cant say enough good things about this store & the people who run it.. Love it!!

I go to this place all the time! I bought a wig for the for first time 2 years ago and they were so helpful and honest with me and helped me choose the perfect wig that first time and plenty more times afterwards! I always go to the location in Glendale, but love further west so I hope they open up a location in Surprise soon!

This chain of supply stores is a joke. Expecially this store all the girls are gross rude and disrespectful. The owners should be ashamed. I know I am even being a customer. Disgusting people place and over nasty products.

This is a large store. It doesnt have as much selection as I would have hoped for the size of the place. The employee also was not very knowledgeable about products so know what you need before going!
